A legendary bar. I attended a nearby tradeshow and stumbled into Clancy's while exploring Long Beach during some free time. Within a few hours I had met a whole cast of local characters, everyone was friendly and interesting. I ended up stopping by each day during the rest of my trip. These guys pour a great pint of Guinness and have a bunch of regular activities going on like karaoke and comedy nights. The circular bar is perfect for conversation or just kicking back with...
Great food/drinks/service/atmosphere. Went to my first comedy show here one night; Followed by karaoke, both of which was an amazing experience. Owner/patrons/staff make the area awesome. 👍 👍
I used to go here quite a bit a million years ago; then I got to visit while back in town for LA marathon (which takes place St. Patrick's weekend).
Man oh man, old Clankys never disappoints! And somehow it stayed a kinda divy bar while making the food so good!
