I’ve been a loyal customer at Coffee Drunk on Atlantic ever since my household left Starbucks, believing we had found a better coffee experience. Unfortunately, after my most recent visit, I’m starting to think we made the wrong choice—not because of the coffee itself, but because of how customer service is handled.
I ordered three large Instigators, but the barista made them incorrectly. Instead of remaking the drinks properly, they just added more ice and milk, completely diluting the coffee. When I asked for a shot of coffee to fix the drink, I was told there would be an extra charge because the size was wrong—even though the mistake wasn’t mine. There was no apology, no effort to make it right, just a dismissive response that left me feeling like my business didn’t matter.
Mistakes happen, but what really defines a place is how they handle them. Unfortunately, this experience showed me that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority here. I’ve supported this place for a long time, but after this, I’ll just take my business elsewhere to a coffee shop that values its regulars.

Even if you ask for the coffee "FOR HERE" they'll serve it in a disposable cup. It's so depressing! We live next to the ocean! Owners! PLEASE HELP MOTHER EARTH! PLEASE SERVE COFFEE IN REAL CUPS! IT COST ALOT TO HAVE COFFEE AT A NICE COFFEE SHOP, MAKE IT WORTH IT AND SERVE IT IN A REAL CUP.
The owner responded with letting me know they'll make sure to serve it in a real cup if I ask...but what about the barista asking if it's "FOR HERE" or "TO-GO"...I find that every customer is treated as a "TO-GO" customer and the people working there to do it avoid washing dishes. DEPRESSING.

This is my girlfriends favorite place in town so I'm here all the time picking up coffee for her but I wouldn't recommend coming if you are in a hurry. The people that work here are very nice but they spend more time talking with each other than making the coffee.

do not get the matcha latte here.. the shop is cute but the matcha latte tastes like water with a sprinkle of matcha powder ☹️☹️ #dissapointed

Great little neighborhood coffee place. Everyone is so friendly and happy. It's really nice to see. Their drink offerings are amazing too. I really like how creative the flavors are and not too sweet.

Small spot. Small menu and not many choices on the bakery food at the time I visited, which was about 1pm or so. I did enjoy the drink I purchased and I plan on visiting again because I did enjoy the drink I purchased- I just forgot which one I purchased.
Parking: Depends on the day and time there can be plenty to a wait for parking on the street. Just look and wait.

When I tell you this place slaps!!! If you are lucky enough to go on a day that they have the breakfast burrito, order it. Just do it. And the blueberry matcha, damn so fricken good!!!

Friendly quick service, suggestive and helpful for 1st timers which is welcoming. Clean, nautrals with gorgeous folage for decor! Plenty of seating indoors. There's a Coffee and pastries menu... today we tried the Blueberry Brown Sugar Latte with Oatmilk! The espresso hit the spot!

Very bad experience. I ate their scrambled egg burritos sandwich and got food poisoning a couple of hours later. That was the only food that I had for the day. I will never go back.
