Found myself here to meet a friend for coffee on my way to the airport. Plenty of parking at front and seat’s inside. Seems popular with the regulars. Grabbed a cold and hot cortado. Will definitely pop by when I’m back in the area.

It's a fun place with great breakfast burritos. My wife really liked her 4 Sisters breakfast burrito. It was our 1st visit, and we rather enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and proficient. We will be coming back!

The orange juice with espresso was one of my favorite coffee drinks I have had in a long time! The oj tasted fresh squeezed and paired perfect with spro!
Their JR burrito was also one of the best coffee shop breakfast burritos I have had!
Workers are also really friendly

In my opinion paying 52$ for two burritos and one Americano is a bit out of my budget range.

Wow it’s beautiful and clean inside. The kitchen and coffee bar area has a phenomenal presentation. I was recommended this place and I’m glad I finally got a chance to go. The decaf options are Amazing ? they use premium tea and the decaf American was so delightful- chocolatey notes. The guy told me they use single origin and I really like that. The one they had for decaf that I tried was the Guatemala origin. Smooth coffee, not bitter whatsoever. They definitely processed the espresso appropriately on the machine. Great work. I’m coming back FOR SURE. Customer service is great, too. Friendly and they have a lot of knowledge of the beans, company, mission, and options.

If you're looking for a great place near Long Beach Airport, Coffee Parlor/COPA is the spot for you. They offer fresh food that is also fast, making it perfect for a quick yet satisfying meal. The flat white here is out of this world, and the chai tea strikes the perfect balance of spice and sweet. Highly recommended for anyone in the area!

Best breakfast burrito E.V.E.R! I got the 'basic' and wow! It is toasted on the outside and has magical, crispy crunchies inside from the just fried (but not greasy) tator tots. Melty cheese. Eggs that are perfectly cooked as to be light, with the smallest hint of yolk -- not rubber. Really well made! Delicious salsa accompanied. Friendly staff, easy parking. An amazing breakfast place.

I was excited to try this place out since lbfoodcoma (insta) rated their breakfast burrito as the #1 in Long Beach. Ordered the OG Burrito. Comes with bacon, fried eggs, tater tots, cheddar cheese, bacon jam, avocado, and their house salsa. I was a fan of the bacon jam and tater tots. Nice twist. Their salsa wasn't spicy at all, which may be a positive thing for some people. Personally, the salsa left a lot to be desired. Was it a good breakfast burrito? Absolutely! I will probably be back and will try it again. Is it the best bfast burrito in Long Beach? Probably not, IMO. I think there are better breakfast burritos around town. Especially at $18.50, I think you can get more bang for your buck elsewhere. I ordered a cappuccino in addition to the burrito and it took them a long time to bring it. It arrived 5 minutes after I got my burrito, so I have a feeling they forgot about it. My server was apologetic, which I appreciated. However, it was already cold by the time I got it. Had somewhere to be, otherwise I would have said something. Overall, worth a visit.
