Great service and atmosphere. Cold brew really hit well and at 7am the blueberry muffin was warm and delicious. Apparently it turns into a pizza joint at night so that’s something to look forward to.
my maps app recommended coffee parlor and it was close by, I ordered a cafe mocha and their breakfast burrito.
the burrito was exceptional! best ever! with great flavors and just the right size!
the mocha was not, over 7 dollars for a 12ish oz mocha which arrived luke warm, the waiter/ order taker was good, and appreciated my comment about the burrito being a best ever... but didnt acknowedge the mocha being luke warm. So in all a mixed experience, I wouldnt...

Not sure what is in this coffee but it also is probably the best I've ever had. Different, interesting flavor.
The only downside, and I've only been here once, it's a little small (tough to jockey for position waiting for my food) and a little pricey. $18 for the birria breakfast burrito......
