Great place, great coffee, great foods, great service but abit slow. Parking can be a hassle since it's small but manageable, clean and airy with great vibe. They do have both seating inside and outside. Not much decor but the vibe and the smell of coffee are just unforgettable. This place is amazing. Easily one of the best matcha lattes and avocado toasts I have had in the broader South Bay. I usually regret ordering avocado toast bc I feel I have scammed myself paying so much for avo on bread, but COPA’s is next-level restaurant quality. So fresh & flavorful on Gusto sourdough. Would definitely recommend ordering it OG style.

Just had the best breakfast burrito ever. Birria beef, 2 eggs, tallow-fried tater tots, pico de gallo and avocado... bomb.com... good salsa also.
Not sure what is in this coffee but it also is probably the best I've ever had. Different, interesting flavor.
The only downside, and I've only been here once, it's a little small (tough to jockey for position waiting for my food) and a little pricey. $18 for the birria breakfast burrito......
