I would give zero stars if I could I walked in with my son with three girls just looking at me so then one girl which I assume was the supervisor was putting out new ice cream. Remind you no one still said anything there was two young girls just standing around doing nothing. Two minutes later a guy walks in with his kids and they all say welcome then look at me. I just walked out because how did I not exist until the guy walks in. I’m the customer don’t pick and choose who to greet just respect everyone.

First, I asked if we could have the boo batter signature ice cream and the little lady who helped us looked at us with confusion. I proceeded to say it was the one in the picture right in front of us on the ice cream counter and to make it just like that (same toppings and all), she squinted and said huh and then rudely asked what size. She literally sprinkled the toppings, mixed it once, and piled it onto the cup. She did this for two of the same order. Mind you, the halloween oreos used in the boo batter signature recipe were behind her yet she didn't even notice they were there because she used regular ones. How do employees not know about seasonal items and what actually goes in them? Are they not trained? I am very disappointed as both cups looked like runny mush, I was embarrassed to walk out with them. Would like a refund.

The worker barely mixed it together. I'm talking about she gave it one little stir. My daughter wanted a little tiny dash of sprinkles on there. Ended up being $8.50 for the medium size. Compete rip off. I'll never come back.

Great place to bring your kids, a little pricey but worth the experience. Workers were great and my kids loved watching her mix all the toppings. Will totally recommend.

We waited for 15+ minutes to be served, to have someone come in after us and cut in line. When I tried to point it out, the employees and customer ignored me. My son was excited to eat ice cream here, and now we'll never go back due to the trash customer service. We took our money to one of the local creamery's instead; they have way better customer service than here.
