Every time I call Cookies By Design, Long Beach they always give me excellent service. They are always on time, and their bouquets are beautiful. The recipients are always overwhelmed with gratitude.

When there were complications with delivery (entirely to do with FedEx and NOTHING to do with Cookies by Design), the team went above and beyond to make sure that we got to the bottom of it and was communicative with me from beginning to end. Thank you to the team!

Placing an order was a bit of a pain, because we had a promo code and it wouldn't work. They said you had to call it in, but after 2 days of trying, being unable to reach anyone live, and leaving unreturned messages, we gave up. My brother is in the hospital and I needed to send him something asap so I had to bite the bullet and pay $100 for 24 cookies. The pricing is absolutely outrageous, but they delivered on time and I was contacted by the local bakery who was shipping them and they were wonderful to deal with.

Called in an order Friday afternoon for our baseball team's Senior night , got them art a couple hours later, and everything was ready Monday at 11am. The cookies exceeded expectations and were the star of the baskets we prepared for our players. So happy I thought of them - we need more stores!!
