I now know why these gourmet donut shops are coming up. I see why Knead is a rising star. These places of old are falling apart. Donuts are old and stale. Everything is over priced. My dreams and my hopes have been crushed. The day your money gets you an old, stale, unloved donut is the day dreams die. That day has arrived.

I just go for the donuts, which ARE good. But the vast majority there are buying lottery tickets of some kind. And seems like there's always just one clerk on duty, so service can be VERY slow. Last time I waited almost 15 minutes, because while there was only one person ahead of me, the clerk spent several minutes wiping down tables! I almost just left (but really wanted a donut! Lol!). But they need another clerk or something. But again, the donuts are good! ?
