I really like this place. I've been there three times already (all for breakfast) and will definitely return in the future. The atmosphere is so so but only because of the location (busy streets and limited parking).

Get the Farmers Sandwich it's my go to. My gal got the granola pancakes and liked them but didn't finish it.

First time at the Country Kitchen for Breakfast. Helen (owner) and her staff hit it out of the park. An extensive menu, well prepared, fairly priced with extremely friendly employees. You cant ask for anything more. I will certainly be back.

Do yourself a favor, enjoy some good food at this well run establishment.

Country Kitchen is a small family restaurant in Long Beach, California. The dining area is clean and comfortable. Yusi, the owner’s daughter has a nice smile and she is managing the restaurant. I wish her the best. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch. I ordered the Philly Chesssteak Sandwich with a side salad. The sandwich was loaded with sliced beef. Food quality was good. I would certainly come back if I were in the neighborhood.
