My experience with this place was terrible. When you walk inside, there's no one behind the register to take your order because they've got a screen that you have to interface with instead. I get so upset every time I have to order on a screen because there's no human to ask questions to and communicate with. The guy in the kitchen offered to help, but he was clearly busy with so many other things that I didn't want to bother him.
Of course, this was the first sign that this place's management cheaps out on EVERYTHING. There's literally one person manning the entire place. The poor guy's preparing like 11 different orders at a time by himself while also welcoming people in (literally the only reason Service gets 2 stars instead of none at all was because the underpaid employer was so hard working). All because the owners want to cut down on costs. The takeout box that my food came in was so small it could barely fit the sandwich, so obviously it fit less fries. Two birds with one stone, save money on boxes and on fries. The interior's tables and chairs felt and looked cheap too. The chairs were wobbly and uncomfortable. It was clean though, probably because no one ever dines in. The place looks as though it were engineered solely to funnel money through the UberEats/Doordash ecosystem. Nothing hung on the walls, no design, just totally lacking any sort of character. Entire place has no soul. Not to mention the worst part of it all was that for just a sandwich and fries I had to pay $20. Not even including tip. They charge you $4 for pre-frozen bland fries and an extra dollar if you want sauce to dip them in. I feel like everyone's gone insane because who do you literally think you are charging $20 for a single meal. The sandwich was good, but not good enough for that price.
I'm so sick of these expensive NOTHING places popping up all over Long Beach. Don't waste your time or your money.

from the moment we waked in we received great service! Jamal was so welcoming, asked if we wanted recommendations and we did .. we ordered what he recommended and it was amazing! everything was filling. we ordered the crimson (medium) & joey eat fries (mild) . i don’t do spicy, so medium was a bit much for me, so i would advise mild if you’re like me. The dressings and pickles helped me! also overall A+ definitely coming back!
