Just enter the shop to experience wonderful smells from fresh herbs and spices; soup steeping hot; recommend ginger chicken/rice; beef sticks; papaya-carrot slaw; clean; staff is polite and welcoming.
Ordered beef rib pho, not bad, but meat was hard to chew. Would go with brisket or try the Cambodian noodles next time. The twin bread was good and crispy. Love that it has an outdoor patio.
The Beef Sticks are delicious. Amongst a group of friends we shared 2 orders of Beef Sticks and 2 orderd of Fried Bread. The Thai Tea is something I would not mind drinking all day (you can taste the tea.) Lastly, the Phocycle Pho is worth every $$. I look forward to visiting again.
