Dales is kind of an anomaly. Great food. Good service. & a cool atmosphere. Plenty of parking even with the other businesses. Now here's the crazy thing. This place is so good it's criminally easy to get a seat at a busy time. But I am grateful for that. Dales is a gem & a staple of the community.

From the timeless antiques to the welcoming nature, I was stunned. Here are some photos that show the time we had. You will be forgiven for thinking we are at Disney world with how much fun we had. UPDATE: What happened yesterday sunday october 5. We waited for you to open. Somebody was in the kitchen and the dining room lights were off. 7AM came and still closed. By 7:15 we left and went to Denny’s. REVIEW Dales Diner is just down the street from relatives so we come down on sundays from Los Angeles and treat them to delicious food and coffee. Staff here are extra friendly. Looks like they enjoy being here. Dales Diner is our go to restaurant whenever we are down here. Much better than IHOP and Norms.

I always love coming to Dale’s Diner for diner with my family. The atmosphere is sweet and beautiful. The decor is amazing! More than anything the service is the best! They have comfort food, always quick to serve and the meals are always good with big portions. Our favorite favorite diners in all LA and Orange County.

Great fun vintage atmosphere. Fun diner with retro music and old time diner decor and menu. They serve shakes and malts. Very difficult to get soda fountain drinks these days. Their 1/3 pound handmade burgers were awesome. So glad we stopped there for dinner.

I take my son here for breakfast. It’s a great place to eat and chill. Food is good and portions are plenty. Staff are friendly and attentive. Their coffee is pretty good as well. I get their Corn Beef hash. This place and Uncle Buds are the only two places I’ll eat breakfast at around here.
