Food was less than good. Unfortunately, I really was looking forward to visiting
This place because of past experiences at other locations. Service was good and music 🎶 was great. Family enjoyed the new games 🎮 good place for a date and drinks 🍸
Was there to celebrate a Birthday 🎂 wish they have a bit of more time and or more staff per party.

There is a $3.00 activation fee for each game card. We got 2 cards and put about $50 on each card. Kids were able to get about 1.5 hours of play. So $100 got us a pack of gummy bears, 1 sour tape, mini gummy burgers, and a push up sucker. Not a great value in the prize department, but the kids had fun.

Fun place to come and place arcades ....as for happy hour there food is $5 bucks but there selection is horrible ....
This is the worst Dave and Busters I have ever been to, hands down. They have the worst service and can’t be bothered to clean their tables. This is the worst managed Dave and Busters branch ever. 15 workers are standing around behind the counter watching the one other worker serve the tables. This place is an embarrassment to the whole franchise. Do not come here unless you want to witness the laziest customer service.
Some of the machines/games had issues so we had to go to the front and request assistance, then wait a good while for someone to come, and address it.
For dining, we had to wait a while to order our food and to be assisted, when needed. It was not busy until we were about to leave.
It was an alright experience but not as good as I remember it being in the past, prior to COVID-19.

So we'd never been to a Dave & Buster's before and my youngest was turning 14 and asked if we could celebrate there.
Honestly I was very disappointed. First the waitress took forever to come to our table after receiving our food for refills and to give us straws we asked for, because she didn't bring them when she gave us our drinks. She was too busy serving the people on our right and back of us, being that we arrived before them.
My husband asked for buffalo sauce and never received it. I asked for my burger with no pickles and no aioli, and it had aioli. Sent it back and my family finished their food while I waited and waited, I was so annoyed. They finished eating and my burger finally arrived. I wasnt hungry anymore, so I got a box to go. The food there was nothing out of this world. We paid about $300 for 7 people, not counting the money spent on the arcade games.
Then we went to the gaming area, our kiddos played while we looked for a place to sit because my husband suffers from a bad knee and I a very bad lower back, but there's absolutely nowhere to sit. We left to the carr to wait for our kiddos. We wouldn't go back. The location to the one we went to was in Long Beach CA on Carson St.

Way too noisy. Games are overpriced...

We were gifted a card with 250 credits, so this experience was free for us, but we left with 160 credits still on the card. Three out of four game controllers were broken, the air hockey tables had pucks so light they flew off the sides with any real effort, and everything was turned up so loud I left with my ears ringing. Absolute chaos. A true Hell. It's like someone got tortured by the CIA at Guantanamo Bay Detention Center and thought, "hey, I'm gonna go and do this to everyone else now." I thought I liked arcades, but this place made me think otherwise. Maybe arcades have changed, but I think everyone must be deaf and/or wasted. Only Disney Land is worse.

So my son is too old for chuck e cheese and we've always been a fan of a good gaming place. I can put $20 on his play card and it'll last a good amount of time and something we can do together.
When it comes to eating there we don't anymore. We've eaten there three times and twice it was not good. It's mainly all fried food options and one time it tasted like it was microwave and not fresh. Food isn't cheap and I can't justify spending the money. We go and play games for an hour or two then leave to eat.
On Wednesday games are half off so your money goes further so that's nice.
Also, they had a family friendly new years eve event that my son and i did together. Buffet, again not great food, cool ball drop and ginger ale toast, game card and party favors. Our plans were canceled so this was a fun alternative.

Chicken Alfredo was not good, the chicken was very obviously frozen and then microwaved. The cheese was pre shredded so did not melt when heated. In the games area things are hectic because people allow their kids to roam around and be rude to people and staff. Kids were sitting on the games and not actually playing them, so other people couldn't play. The only thing I liked was the variety of games available.

Customer Service is the worse......No one in the Store itself answers the Phone. And of course on the phone you can not resolve anything...and they take your money no exceptions to any changes
Some of the food is cold everytime because they wait to serve your whole table. Food is ok. Honestly, you go for the games and the sports on TV. Always love to play and win things for the kiddos but pricey. My advice, download the app and register all of your cards and get rewards which are pretty cool.
