Worst Del Taco Ever! I'm obsessed right now with there dragon fruit and blueberry shake. So I'm down in Long Beach and We pull up into the drive through and the person taking the order is obviously stoned. Gets confused about which shake and how many. Then when she hands us the shakes there all melted. One of the shakes has little to no dragon fruit and blueberries.and so we say something and she goes ohh there in the middle. So we drove off and I start to shake the cup it doesn't even turn pink it's still off white. What she got to stoned and forget that she didn't put it in?!? I take one sip and the milk tastes like it's starting to go bad. The Worst experience I have ever had with del taco.

You could light yourself on fire and play a tuba at the counter inside and they wouldnt give a damn. Only the drivethrouh needs the attention of all 7 employees. The manager is outside calling her friends or parole officer and cant be bothered to do any supervision. Avoid like the plague.

We came on New Year’s Eve and the manager just so happened to have a meeting with the whole staff in the lobby while they had 2 people working in the back. We ordered our food and waited for 15 minutes to get our food COLD. We went to interrupt their “meeting” and asked for a manager and not one of them stepped in until I started demanding for one. Finally she said something and apologized and told their staff to go back to work. Unacceptable. Horrible service.

The service is getting worse. It takes a very long time for orders to be received. Tonight, I came in to order food to go. The lady at the counter was counting money and didn't greet me. I assumed she was changing.out a till so I didn't want to bother her. After a long while she finally mumbles something to me, I look at her in co fusion as I couldn't hear her and she says I can help you in a low agitated voice I could barely hear. I went to start my order and she had to add " you were just staring at me" . I was about to tell her how she never even greeted me when I entered so I had no idea she was ready to take an order. But I felt it very rude of her to say that so I just left. Doubt I'll use this del taco ever again.

We (2) went to lunch and got what we always get: taco combo with a burrito on the side. And I was shocked to find out it was almost $33.00!!!!! Wow, what's going on? This has always been our regular order there, and it used to cost around $23.00. plus they charged extra for lettuce and onions in the burrito ($2.80) which they never used to. And to top it off, they needed to change fryer oil. Our fries were dark brown. What a disgrace and disappointment!
