Horrible experience this morning. Gave me fries that were obviously not fresh and messed up every single item in my order, despite my CLEAR instructions on the app. I'm allergic to onions and can't consume them. They still PILED onions on my order despite my alterations in app. And that isn't the worst part. I understand mistakes happen. They have a transformer who works the window who was EXTREMELY rude when I returned the order. Didn't offer an apology for the inconvenience, offer me fresh fries or to refill my drink. NOTHING. Just short and nasty like it's my fault THEY can't read order instructions. Avoid this Del Taco during night shift, early morning like the plague.
