I did an order of a box, a 2 for 3 tacos order in the app and an order of caramel cheesecake bites. I paid $12 and only got 1 taco and my caramel cheesecake bites. I even called the store and the employees aid that I wasn't supposed to get my food. I tried to go in the app after to report not getting my food and the app won't load the customer support

Waited over 40 minutes for my food on a Friday night after 10 p.m., and the order was wrong. I had to go back and wait another 20 minutes to get it corrected. I ended up spending more than an hour here. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened. For better food and service, I recommend going to the location a few blocks away on Willow.
