Why have a cashier like Flora at the register with a attitude , eyes rolling , funny looking faces when you approach and ask to make a order. She has very poor customer service skills

I only go to Del Taco once in when I'm in the mood for certain things. I only go to this this location because its convenient and usually because I forget the food and service don't compare to other Del Taco locations. My tortillas on my chicken soft tacos were stale. Service is never more than ok. I'd rather go out of my way a bit and get better quality and service.

I just got an epic chicken guacamole burrito that tasted more like a veggie burrito. I think that this is one of those hit and miss locations depending on who's working, where sometimes your food will be right, sometimes it's under par. I am convinced that either Del Taco trains their employees to skimp on the good stuff when it's an app special, or the employees are holding back on the meat so they can hook up their family and friends when they come in. There was not even a chicken soft taco's worth of chicken on my epic burrito.

This is your typical Del Taco restaurant with the same vibe as most. Customer service was excellent, but the cleanliness needs to be improved. My order came out fast, and it was hot and fresh. If I am back around this area and hungry for some chain-made tacos, I will return.

Had a bean, cheese and ground beef burrito. The meat was so hot and spicy and tasted like there was tons of dry spice in.it. it was way too hot and tasted terrible. Also had a ground beef taco and it was the same way. Food was terrible. Will not be going to this location again. They used to have real good food but it has got worse.

The gentleman taking the order was rude and although I showed the app barcode for a menu item and he scanned it said he didn't know I wanted that item. He continued to to tell me it was my fault that he didn't put it in the order. When he should have just accepted the mistake and fixed it. No hex wanted to down take me, when I said I'd like to cancel both orders, he refused. That's what $20 hour gets these days.. I will not be going back to this location any time soon.
By the way Del Taco enjoy the $50 charge back fee when I dispute the charge . Even if you win the dispute your out the $50

Been here a handful of times after midnight and it’s a gamble as to whether the drive thru is actually open or not. They put a cone in front of the entrance to the lane. Doesn’t seem to be consistent, so be aware of the risk of going out of your way to get here after midnight.

I recently had a negative experience with two restaurant employees. They were unprofessional in their behavior, judging me based on my attire and failing to provide adequate service. As an employee, I would expect to be held accountable for such actions, especially since it is important to treat all customers with respect and dignity regardless of their appearance.
