The fries were cold and I was shocked. The fries are usually very fresh and hot. I had to go inside and ask for fresh fries. I also watched to make sure they didn't mix my fries with the cold ones. While I waited I noticed the same cold fries they gave me they made sure to give to the other drivers in the drive through before my fresh fries were done. Smh 🙄

I noticed that the employee handling drinks, desserts, and bagging food wasn’t wearing gloves, which made me concerned about hygiene. When I asked to use the restroom, the worker seemed visibly uncomfortable, and their attitude shifted from professional to dismissive, which led to an unnecessary argument about my tone.
I understand staff can be under pressure, but basic food safety practices and consistent customer service make a big difference. Glove use (or proper handwashing) should be standard when handling ready-to-eat food, and customers should feel comfortable making simple requests without tension.
I hope management takes this feedback constructively — a little more attention to hygiene and respect in customer interactions would go a long way.

Why have a cashier like Flora at the register with a attitude , eyes rolling , funny looking faces when you approach and ask to make a order. She has very poor customer service skills

I only go to Del Taco once in when I'm in the mood for certain things. I only go to this this location because its convenient and usually because I forget the food and service don't compare to other Del Taco locations. My tortillas on my chicken soft tacos were stale. Service is never more than ok. I'd rather go out of my way a bit and get better quality and service.

I just got an epic chicken guacamole burrito that tasted more like a veggie burrito. I think that this is one of those hit and miss locations depending on who's working, where sometimes your food will be right, sometimes it's under par. I am convinced that either Del Taco trains their employees to skimp on the good stuff when it's an app special, or the employees are holding back on the meat so they can hook up their family and friends when they come in. There was not even a chicken soft taco's worth of chicken on my epic burrito.
