Food came to my table cold. Chicken fried steak and gravy was room temperature. The grilled cheese also came out to table room temperature and without cheese being fully melted.

I went yesterday I should say the food was ok and the service was excellent but the prices were exaggerated high I paid $55 for steak&eggs with coffee were today I paid only $22 for the same meal at Omega burgers and well it was delicious 😋

I found an old gift card worth $25 purchased a few years ago. I ordered lasagna to share with my daughter with an order of french fries. I arrived to pick up and the gift card didn't work. Frustrated, I asked for a discount subs they had made the food but I want planning on spending that much without the gc. I didn't want the good to go to waste. They refused so I walked. Gc don't expire and I felt bad they made the food.
It was my friends birthday and we had a great dinner and lovely waitress and even had a robot server sing happy birthday to him twice. There’s a first time for everything. It was something we will never forget.
Parking: There’s plenty of parking and a huge Lowe’s parking lot behind it so there would never be a shortage of parking

Sunday, August 18, 2024, ordered an avocado, bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and a raspberry iced tea. That was a great burger, It was cooked to perfection. We also ordered the lumberjack, slam, two eggs, ham, bacon, sausage ,hash brown, and choice of bread and two Buttermilk pancakes. One regular coffee and one decaf coffee. “The coffee is amazing” “The customer service was outstanding”. Joe was our waiter and he was very nice, polite, and he has great people skills. It meant a lot to me that “Ernesto, general manager, is such a nice person, very professional, helpful and service oriented”, he went out of his way to sing happy birthday to my mom. She was very happy! She got a scoop of ice cream, strawberries, whip cream and a candle. All the employees are very nice. People don’t realize what a demanding job it is to cater to all the people who come and eat there. We are super grateful and thankful for all their service!
