So then another waitress came and Checked on our table and we appreciate how he was and gave him a $5 tip for service! We love this Denny's! My niece and I have visited Denny's all over the South Bay and Lakewood, Bellflower, etc. but this Denny's in Long Beach on Bellflower is by far the BEST. We like to order slightly off menu (hello BLT sandwich) and the server we generally get (pleasant young man who works Sunday afternoon, sorry we didn't get his name) always remembers us even if it's months between visits, and graciously accommodates our order. At other Denny's we always get lectured about ordering off menu and get significant up charges just to be served this basis sandwich. The restaurant is clean, the service is super prompt despite Sunday afternoon large parties. We'll keep going back forever to get our decadent BLT treat. Thank you Long Beach Denny's!!! Thanks to that magnificent server!

10 am and already out of pecans!!!! The pancakes were great but the service was so slow and not attentive. Was very hard to get water. Our server never followed up with how we liked or meal or if we needed anything. There are much better places for pancakes. Most likely will not return due to the lacking service.
