I came all the way from Bell Gardens . Drove 35 minutes to get here cause it said open . Today is Nov 3 it is 7 pm and yall are closed. Utterly ridiculous .

I used to love dickeys bbq bur after visiting this location I will no longer. The meat was very old tasting I had the brisket. Just walking into the place when reaching the front door which looked it hadn't been cleaned for months, no smoky bbq smell when walking in like most well owned bbq restaurants. The cashier started digging in his nose and then proceeded to make my food when I had to tell him to go wash his hands and use gloves which he took an offense stating " I wash my hands throughout the day" with a smirk on his face. Luckily this food was for my dogs but they didn't want it either.This place should consider closing it's doors or maybe someone will call Gordan Ramsey!!!

Oh my gosh. I moved to texas during COVID for an assignment (for one year). The only thing decent there was the BBQ. HOLY CRAP. The brisket sandwich was FREAKIN BOMB. Oh my gosh. Delicious. Would highly recommend.

For starters, I haven't been to a Dickey's in years and we are traveling from out of town. Stopped in for lunch today. One of the gentlemen preparing food behind the counter didn't look thrilled to be there. No interaction with customers. The person on the register said hello and answered some questions. Their menu is confusing and laid out terrible. The food was good, but overpriced. (What isn't nowadays). The place was dead. We were the only ones eating during late lunch time, two others came in for to-go orders...quiet. The reason for the review is the tea. The sweet tea tasted bad, thought it wasn't brewed correctly. Rinsed cup and tasted unsweetened, same. Poured out and filled with soda. Opened the top of the brew cap and there was an abundance of MOLD in the container, floating and on the sides. Other tea container was the same. Clearly hasn't been cleaned properly in awhile. Totally disgusted. I didn't even want to unscrew the soda fill spouts, I'm sure it's the same. Who knows what the kitchen looks like. Employees comment was "We've been having problems with that." We were starving so we ate our food and left. One of the employees brought us cookies as an apology about 20 minutes after the fact. No offer of refund or other compensation. Now, we are stuck in our hotel room, on vacation, wife is feeling ill. Mood ruined. This location needs to be inspected. Get it together.

The meat was decent! Everything else sucked!! The portions are tiny rediculous for wht they charge, i wanted it to be good! Got mash potatoes instead of mac and cheese! smh delivery was on!

They don't open till noon and limited selections compared to other branches - no ribs nor pulled pork. Ordered the 2 3 meat plate with drinks and still cost me $33 even with a bogo coupon. It's expensive without a coupon. I like their burnt end tips.
