I ordered a 10” pizza gluten free. I received a 14’ regular pizza. Both the cook and one employee a heavy set white female began an argument with me. The cook came from around the kitchen to the front to yell at me and tell me I was wrong about what I ordered. I eat gluten free because of a health issue. I know I ordered a 10” pizza. He said I was wrong that 10” is not their smallest sized pizza (it is) it’s the gluten free pizza. That’s what I ordered. I pointed at the small box and I asked the employee taking my order about it she said yes and proceeded to give me the wrong size and wrong type of pizza crust. When I went back they were both confrontational, disrespectful and loud and did not apologize for anything. I asked for a refund after they had me standing there and ignored me once I was ready to reorder. The cook threw $30 at me and said “don’t come back” after him wanting to argue the entire time. I just wanted a refund at this point. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO PAY ATTENTION TO CUSTOMERS ORDERS AND DOUBLE CHECK THAT IT IS THE CORRECT ORDER. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Hiro is often there when we drop by in the evenings. Very thorough, she checks on us regularly for refills on waters or if we need anything else. The appetizers there are always really big and generous. We love it. I have taken so many friends to eat dinner there who've missed this restaurant. Tons of parking is available on the back. They're right next to Hof's hut.

The service was not that great. Food was good. The service was just not showing attending. The manager was also inflammitory, rude, but compt the meal. I also still wanted to pay. Ian may want to look into the lack of service in both his restaurants.

This location was recommended by a co-worker for great pizza. I do agree, I enjoyed a really good pizza, but I LOVED my Caesar salad. Isaiah was a fantastic waiter. He was friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic. He made our last meal in LB memorable.
Only 4 stars on the atmosphere because I would have loved the music to be turned down just a bit. That's just a personal preference and didn't detract from my enjoyment of the meal.
