My friend and I were at this bar last night, and this creep kept putting his arm around my friend’s waist and talking in her face after she told him to go away. Bartender did nothing about it and ignored us, even when my friend tried to move seats and he followed us around the bar. When I told the security guard at the entrance, he laughed in my face and asked why I didn’t fight the guy myself. When I said I would call the cops on the guy, the security guard ejected me from the restaurant. By the time the cops finally showed up, the creep left on his own and the security guard went home for the day, and the manager lied to the cops about everything that happened, inventing a story about me starting a fight with the security guard. Clearly there is a culture of protecting creeps by the management and the staff. This place is a disgrace

First experience was Monday - $2 tacos were fantastic! My daughter is gluten-free and there were plenty of options, and food for the dogs as well. Can’t recommend it enough!

I come in every Tuesday and Wednesday night. The people working are so accommodating and friendly . They are the reason this is the spot I come to whenever I need a drink! Adam and ben always take care of me and I’ve never felt so comfortable drinking on second street 🩷

I’ll start by saying that this bar has to change their name from dogz to something else. I had my dog with me, and this was my third time on 2nd street. I literally walked in because of the logo/name and thinking this is a dog friendly bar. There was one bartender with a receding hairline that refused to service me and also ended up after ordering the other bartenders to tell me to get my dog to the patio area, while there were clearly other dogs in the place. Not sure what that was all about but the closest I can relate to was his racist attitude. Not going back here again for sure. The crowd was nice and friendly regardless. Avoid at all costs.

Blond bartender was too busy to service customers. At 9:50pm 8/16/2025 we tried to get order drinks. The female bartenders said the drink are nasty, and the blond guy and mustache guy act like they didnt want to make drinks. It was like we were keeping them from watching t.v.

Last night around closer to midnight, Saturday night- 8/09/2025 a drunk man grabbed my butt and the security guard, a dark skinned African American black security guard did NOTHING. I told him about it and he didn’t kick the man out and said, “He said he didn’t do anything. And his girlfriend is there.
Really??? I was VIOLATED and both of the security guards literally didn’t care. The other man was a Hispanic or white gentleman with a beard and he just looked at me and did nothing
I am so mad and hurt and would love to speak to the manager about this.
The fact that I was sexually assaulted and the security let it happen is disgusting and yes I will be making a big deal about it

Dog friendly, tho the patio will fill up when it's busy! I've brought my dog here a few times and never had an issue. The fries are also super yummy and the service is great. A great place to come by if you're leaving Rosie's Dog Beach!
