I just posted a decent review even though our pizza was made wrong but when I looked at other reviews of people that had a much worse experience I noticed the so-called owner replied with a word for word response to each one. Having the gall to request that the unsatisfied customer take extra time to email him with suggestions for improvement. If he really cared and read all those comments he wouldn't have to ask" how can we make it better?" They're giving Domino's a bad rep.

I have giving this Domino’s the benefit of the doubt. They have failed me twice. There will not be a 3rd time. Order a large pizza they didn’t put sauce on the pizza. How do u forget that.Employee could be a bit friendly.It doesn’t cost anything to be kind.. ijs

I ordered from this location through Uber eats and the app said to re-order what I previously ordered, which was too large pizzas when they delivered my order they gave me two small pizzas and told me there was nothing they can do to correct the mistake because I had to call Uber Because it’s a third-party app. This is a Domino’s on Long Beach Long Beach Blvd. be careful when you ordering through these third-party apps but Domino’s should have corrected my order but they refused. They told me that there was nothing that they could do so be careful when you ordering through these apps.

Ordered a half and half pizza half pepperoni half Hawaiian made a mistake only put ham they took it back tried to call and see how long was it going to take and the guy couldn't transfer me to the right location so he hung up called many times answer and hung up again still charged me 40.97 didn't give me my money back or food bad customer service by Alejandro or idk his name on date 1/19/25 not fair

I ordered a wing they send me the drum stick. I called them. They don’t like to fix it. My best opinion for people don’t make order from this place. They have a lot bad review the pizza and the wing. It wasn’t cooked correctly. I did call them. They don’t wanna do anything about it. They just wanna rob your money. That’s all about call Nader. Domino’s don’t call this place. This is my honest opinion.

This place is run by jokers. Ordered delivery, no phone call, failure to show up after standing outside for 45 minutes. Going to bed without dinner tonight because I don't have time for anything else. Do yourself a favor and don't order from this place.
Worst experience at a dominos ever who ever was the manager working last night on aug 13 around 11 pm horrible service the guy said he had closed the money tilt already and couldn’t give me my change back he was very rude and cut my pizza all crooked on purpose ! I work for dominos as well and the tilt does not close till they close the store so it didn’t make sense at all . Then I asked him why was he so rude. He said you in Long Beach got to another store then stared me down like he wanted to fight .

I RECOMMEND EVERYONE THAT HAS BEEN THROUGH THE FOLLOWING TO FILE A POLICE REPORT. IF IT HAS BEEN LESS THAN TWO YEARS THAT THIS HAPPENED TO YOU, YOU STILL HAVE TIME, EVENTUALLY WITH MANY REPORTS WE CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS: Got my order wrong. They wont answer phone. They pretended to deliver the order but never did. Made a complaint. My son is throwing up of hunger. My kids have been starving for a total of 3 hrs because of their mistake. They hang up the phone and are no longer answering my calls. I had to drive there and knock on their door and confront them! They tried making me feel like i was crazy as if the order is still being delivered but it said it was delivered on my end about 20 mins ago. I got my refund back and gave them back their bacon pizza! The old lady there said she never answered calls then contradicted herself saying that she was the one that had answered. Like what? Please dominoes, hire reputable, experienced workers. Not workers that are lazy and hate their job because they cant find a better job because of lack of intelligence and skills.
