I ordered 10 pizzas online for a company lunch the day before. I specified that I would be there a 11:15 am. When I got there, there was only one person working, and he told me he hadn't even started making the pizzas. I was told that my order didn't pop up on their screen until 11:00, and they open at 10:30. He gave me some excuse of how the pizzas pop on the screen on a first-come come first first-served basis. I ordered mine the day before, so mine should have been the first on the screen. When the guy started making the pizzas, he was moving as slow as molasses, knowing that I was already running late. That's an unprofessional and unorganized way to run a business. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the pizzas were good, but I will never go back.

This is one of the worst Domino’s in Long Beach. Every other time I order from this location something is wrong. I usually ignore it because it’s little things but I am over it. I tried calling this last time due to an incorrect pizza, and the person I was talking to kept hanging up. I would definitely go to a different location in Long Beach, if possible.

Ordered in the app and it showed delivered but never came. Also never got the 2 min notification. I called to get a refund and they said it was on the way. Never came. Called back to get my refund and they kept putting me on hold.

Super bad service, Domino's on their website says that if you place the order before the place reaches closing time you can pick up your order and they must prepare it for you, they close at 12 and from 11:30 they already have the place closed and if you order online they cancel the order every time you make it, in my case I was waiting outside the place and they canceled it and when I went and asked they told me they were not going to make it anymore I tell them they were still on time and that Domino's policy says otherwise and they don't care. There's no way I was left without eating pizza

It seems like they skimp on ingredients at this location. My pizza was burnt, they remade it, and the new one still looked unappetizing. Shout out to Diana and the staff for being unwelcoming and unfriendly. Avoid this location.

I just posted a decent review even though our pizza was made wrong but when I looked at other reviews of people that had a much worse experience I noticed the so-called owner replied with a word for word response to each one. Having the gall to request that the unsatisfied customer take extra time to email him with suggestions for improvement. If he really cared and read all those comments he wouldn't have to ask" how can we make it better?" They're giving Domino's a bad rep.

I have giving this Domino’s the benefit of the doubt. They have failed me twice. There will not be a 3rd time. Order a large pizza they didn’t put sauce on the pizza. How do u forget that.Employee could be a bit friendly.It doesn’t cost anything to be kind.. ijs

I ordered from this location through Uber eats and the app said to re-order what I previously ordered, which was too large pizzas when they delivered my order they gave me two small pizzas and told me there was nothing they can do to correct the mistake because I had to call Uber Because it’s a third-party app. This is a Domino’s on Long Beach Long Beach Blvd. be careful when you ordering through these third-party apps but Domino’s should have corrected my order but they refused. They told me that there was nothing that they could do so be careful when you ordering through these apps.

Ordered a half and half pizza half pepperoni half Hawaiian made a mistake only put ham they took it back tried to call and see how long was it going to take and the guy couldn't transfer me to the right location so he hung up called many times answer and hung up again still charged me 40.97 didn't give me my money back or food bad customer service by Alejandro or idk his name on date 1/19/25 not fair
