Thank you for going above and beyond Juan. Please give this man a raise. He waited for a long time while I get in touch with my loved ones to open the gate for him and finally complete the delivery.

charged my card and didn’t give me my pizza. i ordered for delivery they charged my card through the phone. delivered the pizza to the wrong address and when i showed up they said they didn’t have my order. they didnt give me the pizza i paid for. never again horrible service

Horrible experience. Customer service Is nonexistent and they will not check your order. Double check your items before you leave.

I placed an online order because there was a 50% off pizza deal. My cart confirmed the expected price at check out but after processing payment, I was actualy charged the full amount. When I called to see what happened, the manager advised that I didn't properly entered the code and there was nothing he could. I requested to cancel the order and asked for a confirmation email when the manager suggested said the stores were unable to do so. Actually, the system does it automatically but he should have known that rather than being rude and unknowledgable. As a customer, I am upset your company over charged my credit card and the least you can do is have the knowledge of how your system works. Anyways, ended up ordering at another location nearby and guess what, I didn't need to enter the code for a discount as it was automatically applied. Not of fan of this location - glitch in the system and unknowledgable management!

Would give less if I could it's not the workers fault but management and corporate need to get their lying asses out in the storefront so they can catch these hands for giving an estimated time that is impossible for the workers to keep up with was told to come back 45 mins later I came back and they said another 35 mins I waited in car and they said 20 more mins I would have waited at home for 2 and half hours if that was the honest time estimate for a backed up pizza place but nah the app lied and said it was done and ready they still had hours of orders to finish before mine... if my company wasn't paying for this I'd just get a refund and go elsewhere
Carlos delivered my pizza to my car. He was very friendly and had a beautiful attitude. They should be proud to have him as an employee.

When you buy something, be sure before you leave that they are giving you what you ordered because if not, they will charge you for the change and a pizza will cost you $35

Ordered the New York style with extra pepperoni and received a pandemic style Pizza with barely any pepperoni. When I mentioned it she said " oh it jyst looks that way because rhe extra cheese. Lied ibstead of fixing tge mistake. Don't order online go inside to see snd ensure the pizza is how you want it.

First of all, to the owner of this Domino’s Pizza store #4227. Understand that there were multiple bad and or unprofessional incidents before this one but a change has to be made. I placed an order online in which I was informed by email would take 31-41 minutes. After well over an hour I called to check on the order and I was put on hold mid sentence, after which the manager got on the phone and was EXTREMELY rude. 19 minutes later the pizza arrives and the delivery guy rings the doorbell and literally tosses the pizza on the porch. I not only heard the pizza slam to the ground but I saw him do it because I was sitting at the window waiting on the delivery since it had taken so long. The pizza was cold and scrambled looking so I took it back to the store which completely defeated the purpose of paying extra for delivery. The whole incident was a huge inconvenience!
