Douglas has changed hands over the years and isn't quite what it used to be. While their broasted chicken dinner isn't the same, you can still count on them for a decent breakfast burrito.

The chilli cheese fries were so saturated in chilli they were very hard to enjoy. It was basically a bowl of soupy chilli and cheese. My fries were so saturated they couldn't be picked up by a fork. Lesson learned. Won't return again. Buyer beware!!!

DB will definitely end your hungry tummy for SURE! BIG bacon cheeseburgers, a whole tray of golden delicious onion rings, French fries perfectly cooked/seasoned. The staff is so nice
This is my family's "stand-by" fast food; when we're too tired to decide on something else or to cook at home; when the cupboards are bare; when you want good food & don't want to wonder what you'll get from somewhere else; when you don't want to spend a lot of money & you don't have a "coupon" or need one; when you know their close nearby & open; when you don't want to deal with the "bitchy", "I don't care, its just a job" employees at other places; when you want fast food that you can trust-always good, quick, fresh & made just for you.
The owner & staff are great too! Always quick, professional, friendly & serving with a smile, & they remember you from the last time you were there a month ago.
The negative: Douglas Burgers' menu board is a bit overwhelming. There is a lot on it-anything you can think of for breakfast, lunch & dinner served by a fast food restaurant. It definitely needs to be revamped to make it clearer & visually appealing.
However, before straining your eyes ordering directly from the menu board, I suggest that you just skip it & take a moment to think about what you are craving at the moment or what your favorite food is (within reason of course), then let them know. Usually, if it's not already on their menu, they'll just go ahead & make it for you, & it will be pretty darn good.
Be sure to get at least a side of Douglas' Ranch dressing with your order. It tastes GREAT on everything because it IS THE BEST Ranch dressing you'll ever have! I am NOT a fan of Ranch dressing or dressings in general, but Douglas' Ranch dressing is damn good!
My "go to" meal is the Douglas Double Bacon Cheeseburger Combo, which includes a drink & a side-I usually get fries, but sometimes I get onion rings-there are a lot of other good options though). Their Steak Salad is great too! REALLY good steak in that salad, OMG! Another great option is their Chef's Salad, of course with Ranch dressing!
If you're at Douglas during breakfast & want a great breakfast burrito, Douglas makes the best (served any time, not just for breakfast)! Be sure though, to order a breakfast burrito with ham, sausage & bacon along with the egg, hashbrown & cheese. It's my favorite & it's sooo goood!
You can trust that whatever you get to eat from Douglas Burgers, it will always be good food!

Not all locations are affiliated with one another & even if they are, they should be judged independently. It would be really crappy if someone wrote a negative review for, lets say, Douglas Burgers #3, but submitted it under Douglas Burgers #9 (this location). From the few negative reviews that I have read in the list of all reviews, in my opinion, this has already occurred. Just compare the few negative reviews to all the other reviews & I think it will be obvious to you too.
Dietary restrictions: If you are on a specific kind of strict diet, I wouldn't' go to DB to eat. The employees may not be aware of which of their menu items fit into the 'Keto' category & may not be able to guarantee that the ingredients used are 'Non-GMO' or are 'Organic', 'Vegetarian', etc. But, they have always been willing to make small changes with, & general adaptations to, anything I order, customizing it for my needs-from easy ice in my drink, to no salt or spices on my taco (that is, provided the menu item wasn't already partially cooked or prepared in some way ahead of time). They don't fuss over special requests!
This was my first time there. I really liked the atmosphere and the food in general. I would highly recommend going to this location if you're in the area! 5/5 stars for me, I'll definitely be back in the future.
