Former crewmember here,
Don't eat here if you're a Muslim or vegan.
Cooks don't respect cross contamination at all, they'll touch the bacon, then the eggs, and even the bread rack too. Nothing is safe.
People don't change their gloves as often as they should, often picking stuff up from the floor and then continuing to cook like nothing happened. Even when they do change their gloves they don't wash their hands in between glove changes so the same floor bacteria is still on their hands.
Maybe some of these issues are fixed, it's been 6 months since I left. Just get the coffee and run!
Very kind and polite.. it was a pleasant visit ☺️
My order was never called, and another customer was holding on too my order thinking it was his! Next time I shall just go through the drive-thru!
Came in here as a pit stop and Dominick went above and beyond with her service. He was kind, greeted me with a smile and prepared my order with the help of his team quickly. I look forward to paying this location another visit very soon. Thank you Dunkin’ for having people like Dominick on your team.
Love Dunkin Donut but hygiene in this place is an issue. A hispanic male server poor hygiene (June 11 2025 afternoon) badly made coffee, no line but extremely slow.
Dunkin’ Donuts is trash I’m so disappointed the donuts were so stale with no flavor the hot chocolate literally taste like water they didn’t even mix it correctly and they were taking forever to make it like if it was going taste good and the customer service was even worse no type of social skills and the kid was just supper never again will I ever go to a Dunkin’ Donuts I’d rather go to a mom and pop or even yum yum so if your thinking of going just don’t it’s overhyped .. the end

An East Coast institution, I remember, years ago, being a big deal when Dunkin' starting expanding here on the West Coast.
Iced coffee-
A refreshing boost on a hot day, the iced coffee satiated my thirst, accompanied by a caffeine boost.
Service was good. The staff were quick with my order. Dunkin' is located east of Whole Foods at LBX, w/ plenty of parking.
Dunkin' is a solid choice for coffee & donuts. While I may not laud Dunkin' as much as East Coasters, Dunkin's also not something to slouch at, either.
Bad experience twice. Bitter Coffee. Asked for a sweet coffee got a very very bitter coffee instead, TWO DAYS in a row. The dark coffee on the right is what I got. The remake, how it should look and taste is the one on the left. Maybe the portions are off, no idea but it's unacceptable for $5.

We were looking for a coffee boost and a snack. Dunkin always delivers. The drive through was short and we got our food quickly. There seemed to be a delay getting our order placed. I can only guess it was busy inside or maybe short staffed that day. The staff was cheerful and greeted us and thanked us for our patients when we got our food. Gave them a good tip to help cheer them up on this hectic day. We enjoyed our Carmel iced coffees and bacon, egg, cheese on sourdough. Really hit the spot.

I'm shocked to say, Dunkin has stepped it up. First time back after many years. The donuts are still not made with love but whatever, it's a donut 5.9/10. Ordered the cookie butter cold brew, surprisingly tasty 8.4/10. Prices were average. Location looked clean and updated. It didn't feel like a donut shop, more like an upgraded coffee shop. I enjoyed it. Staff was nice. Would go back, not when I'm craving donuts but maybe if I need a cold brew.

Just want to say, what's with the attitude? There is no need for all that. The girl who works there messed up on the order. And got angry at me. I told her I just wanted what I ordered, that's all. And the kid that works on the drive-through window talks like he's half asleep. What kind of business is Dunking Doughnuts running here. Managers, this is for you. When hiring these kids, please, please, let them know that if you don't have people skills, please look for work somewhere else. We as customers are on the go. Maybe on our lunch break or just trying to get our order and be on our way. Sorry if they are going through some kind of problem, but it's not our fault. Get it together, team. I know you're better than that!
