I lived in this neighborhood in the late 70s. Egg Heaven was cool then, and I am pleased to say it is cool now! It has a retro vibe and really good food! Highly recommend!

My sister had her first job here, and I grew up in one of the apartments next door. Its still a lovely slice of Long Beach history, and the food is still extraordinary. I do miss the painted tiles and the counter decor very dearly, it doesn't have the same atmosphere without it.
