About Eggbred

Eggbred is a very busy restaurant with a super chill vibe and a nice atmosphere. The food is good, very good, delicious, and a hit, though some find it just ok with a lack of flavor. Specific meals include the sausage breakfast burrito, which is highly recommended, especially with the in-house salsa. The apple bacon burrito, waffle, grilled chicken and apple wood bacon burrito, chicken fried sando, and chopped cheese sando are also mentioned. The battered fries are a favorite. Portions are good and a lot of meat, but prices are high and acceptable.

A significant issue is the long wait time for food, often over 40 to 45 minutes for to-go orders, making pre-ordering highly recommended. The service is top notch with great folks. However, parking is terrible. A major drawback is the horrible ventilation; the restaurant gets smokey from frying, leaving clothes and hair saturated with the smell. There were also specific complaints about eggs not being done and a waffle that was fire but came wrapped in plastic from a box, not made fresh. An ordering error with a charge was also noted.
