We went in to grab a fee muffins ! The girl bagged our order then set it aside ?. She said the manager would check us out ! We waited while the Manager was talking with her friend ! For 15 minutes ! She said she would be with us in a few more minutes ! It's a huge NOPE here ! We walked out ! You lost our business !

Had a not great experience a couple years ago but the staff common the food and the coffee was all so much better this time!
Great service (super nice staff on the day of this review ), great bagels, and the coffee that was actually good this time!

I enjoyed the outdoor seating area, especially with the nice weather.

I ordered my bagel at 8am this morning and was sent to another cashier to check out. At the second cash register I ordered an ice coffee, I felt so rushed and when I asked for Carmel flavoring the guy rolled his eyes and pumped three pumps into my small cup. He didn’t even ask me what I wanted. I get to work and the coffee taste awful. I wanted to say only one or two pumps of Carmel, but the guy was rushing me and he even charged me for the syrup without telling me ahead of time it would cost more. I’m so mad, I can’t even drink this coffee it’s way too sweet! Ruined my morning being rushed out like that too.

Love Einstein Bros Bagels! Their shmear is so tasty and the bagels are always fresh and perfectly cooked. Definitely a repeat visit whenever we can!

Ordered a Dozen with cream cheese for the Monday Bagel deal. My young daughter will only eat 1 plain bagel if it is toasted but the worker told me they will not toast any bagels for this deal even though it was not busy and I was only asking for 1 go be toasted. Had ot leave and go to Panera right across the street who gladly toasted the 1 Plain bagel that I needed even though I ordered a pack. Panera has never refused to toast a bagel and neither has Brueggers. Won't waste time at this location anymore.

My first time ordering here friend reffered me ordered two dozens of bagels I told the man to mix the bagels with all the flavors they have simple instructions the man had an attitude like he was pissed off about something, I'm her at 5:05am on June 18th 2025 to order, I get to my job to share with my co workers and the bagels were repeated by 4 kinds of bagels only for both boxes 😠 😡 😤 I should of let the white lady that was there with him to do it for me she would of got it right for me. Well I will never buy at this place again. I'll just continue to buy doughnuts they always get the order correct.

I’ve been to this location so many times, it’s delicious and friendly but the reason for my 3star is due to the red hair lady that seems to not like her job and not be happy with the customers.

What a huge selection of bagels and single slice bagel sandwiches. I got a Sausage Bagel and a Spinach Bagel. They were delicious.

Great bagels and sandwiches. A busy location, but still quick and easy to pick up mobile orders.

Awesome bagels

The service was good, I ordered online and picked it up. The environment is nice and clean, in a new building. The chai late was a bit watery, but the bagel sandwich was very good!
