This place used to be amazing. I ate here religiously for a year. One day we ordered cabeza tacos late at night. The guy gave us a heaping amount of meat. We ate it. We got food poisoning. I’m betting he gave us a lot because it was out for a long time and he was trying to get rid of it. I don’t have anything against stands, but they’re not keeping track of times or throwing out old food, that’s just bad business. To be clear, the food didn’t taste bad, the issue is likely that they’re keeping the meat in the red zone.

Carne asada is cooked over coals. Seriously I have a high bar for carne asada and this pasts the test.
My go to here is the trips and cabeza. They also have al pastor, chorizo, and some other meats.

Highly recommend, come here between 1-2 times a week, the Alpastor is AMAZING, the mulitas are great, it's honestly really good. The salsas taste so good, you can tell they take the time to make everything. The Horchata is really great! If you get a chance come and support them. If I could get them to cater my wedding, I would.
