I had a drumstick in my family's order that strongly tasted like soap. One drumstick was totally fine and good, but the second one straight up tasted like it was in a soapy sink and I immediately to spat it out and washed my mouth after. I called the number on my receipt because I immediately wanted a refund and wasn't about to test if the other food was bad.
When I called, the manager picked up and I asked for a refund. I said I had a drumstick but I think he misheard me and thought I said I had a wing when I visited in person. He did allow a refund and apologized on the phone and said he'd check with the other employees. We got our money back too. We didn't want to cause a fuss or anything, we just wanted our money back because we were going to toss out our food due to the drumstick and possibly other tainted pieces of chicken. We still ended up bringing it back, my mom insisted on it even though the manager said we didn't need to (I know they were going to toss it out anyway).
We've gotten food at this location a lot because we live close but never had chicken taste like soap and my family and I were disappointed since we spent 30 bucks today. Maybe we'll come back in the future but not any time soon because the soapy taste was REALLY strong and still fresh on my mind. Kudos for allowing the refund though, we appreciate it

Went there today and I would take these nachos back if i lived closer. Water down salsa, stale chips, hard chicken mixed with non-edible chicken parts. Blech!!! Also, I asked for extra chicken....definitely no extra chicken

Idk who got fired but 2 months ago the food was way betterthen. my double chicken bowl didn't have any chicken on it(for 15 you guys need to do better)- i had to grab some of my husbands chicken and put it on my food.. once i can understand but twice.. this really bums me out

We got the 8pc. Family Feast. It came with 8pcs of grilled chicken including 4 drumsticks and 4 thighs which was perfect. For our sides we got the rice, beans, and Mac n cheese which were proportioned perfectly for 4 people. Lastly, it included 4 short churros, like half the length of what a regular churro would be, the ones I'm used to seeing anyway but, still good. No complaints. It was delicious. Honestly, drinks would've been a nice include but, I still loved the deal. Thank you!

Ordered a double chicken avocado salad and was given no dressing. called and asked if they no longer give it and all she said was sorry we forgot. ? okaayy nothing to make up for it. last time they forgot my daughters meal so i checked this time but i guess next time i have to check every little thing. because its a given they forget stuff
I know things are rough for people nowadays, but this is what you get for nine dollars from a Pollo Loco, absolutely no chicken and all cheese. From the looks of it all the employees were busy talking to themselves versus paying attention to how they’re prepping the food

The restaurant open at 10:00 however we waited outside for an extra 10 minutes untill they opened the doors for us. We ordered our food and when we went to find a spot to sit it was a challenge because there were no clean tables not even one clean table in the whole place. The trash can area, drink area and all the other surfaces were dirty!
