It's understandable that the staff might face limitations in addressing all the issues, especially with a significant number of homeless individuals frequenting the establishment. This can sometimes lead to challenges in maintaining the desired level of cleanliness consistently. However, despite this, the quality of the food is consistently great, which is a significant positive. Furthermore, the person working at the register provides excellent customer service and is always friendly, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere despite the other challenges.

I come here for lunch because my job is around the area. Today Alma was really nice and friendly. The staff here is working hard and the area is not perfect but this place pretty good.

Manager Austin customer service 10/10. I had an order through Uber eats that was completely wrong. I called and he offered a discount if I wanted to reorder my meal. I came in a month later and he still honored it even though I guess that’s further out than people typically wait to reorder.
Thanks to the way he handled my situation I’ll continue to come to this el pollo loco.

Update: Ended up waiting 45 mins for my order. Pretty sure they forgot I was waiting. Watched several people walk in and out while I sat in the dining room 8 months pregnant and hungry. Food was finally ready and was missing rice, churros, and tortillas. So I had to walk back up to the front, get ignored by 2 workers before I was acknowledged to ask for what was missing.

I been coming here every single day and every single day I pay extra for a specific item and I get charged the extra for it but I never get that item they always forget and NO I don’t want a refund I have money thanks to god I just need my item when I pay for it every single day . This location is bad due to the incompetence of the employees!!! I go when it’s not busy at all and you all fail every single time but charge me the extra every single time ! It’s been 8 days in a row ! Horrible location and experience. I sadly have to pick somewhere else to go eat and I will tell everyone not to come here !

Thanks for the help I ask for coupons and the cashier right away took them out and showed me the special I was glad she was so helpful and was very friendly I gladly took home a 16piece meal VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A BIG SMILE MAKES PEOPLE LIKE ME WANT To come back

The cashier//order person who served me was excellent, extremely friendly helpful and went above and beyond.

Vegetarian options: You could get salads with just rice and beans or ADD cheese if that is acceptable.

Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces around the drive-thru area including a handicap space which I used.

My food got cold, waited to pick up my food and saw the burrito sitting there for 10+ min saw many workers pass by and none bothered to check to see if my order was done, once the cashier finished taking orders she grabbed the burrito and placed it in a bag along with the chips that came with the order, my food was cold and not enjoyable. Staff needs to be trained better.

If you cannot fill a meal ( 16 piece) dinner at 5:30 pm on a Sunday you are not doing your job or patrons any favor. To tell me that only a 8 piece is available for a family at this time tells me poor planning on the management. Then to tell me I have to wait 1 hour and a half to fill the order is ridiculous! Poor service and inexcusable for a fast food chain . This location sucks!!!! Never again!
