Every time i go on line pick- up. i never get my full order I requested plates ad utensils (didn't get) flour tortious (didn't get). Couple years ago i requested mix and got got thighs cut in half !!

I really enjoyed the food even though i had a long time that i went to pollo loco to eat. Eric took care of my order surved my food and cooked the food. The chicken was cooked perfectly and it was really juicy. Inwas really glad to know that Eric was back again. I will be going more often now.

When I arrived to the location and placed my order, waited for 20-25 minutes and then they later said to me that there wasn’t any chicken. So I gotten my refund and left, if you want to enjoy 20-30 minutes wasting your time on placing an order then go for it.
