I stopped by Pollo Loco, and the highlight became me being pointed toward the bathroom by the staff. While I appreciate their effort to help, the way it was handled made the interaction feel awkward and misaligned with customer-first service. I came for the food—not to be guided awkwardly through the place. Not sure I’ll return unless that vibe changes.

First time here and bought my usual double chicken tostada. I really wanted to try another location because the one closer to me always has dry chicken. This location did not! The chicken here was moist and delicious. I'm definitely coming back!

I hope there manager knows they closed early it’s burly 10:30pm and they said they are closed. They should update there times. Poor service. Then we couldn’t even hear them on the speaker.

The food is good I love El Pollo loco chicken flame broiled clean and healthy for you the food really is great but the lady was very rude and disrespectful and rude at me and others I just don't know what he probably is I will go back because I like the food but if I get thar same treatment again I definitely will speak to the manager because I myself was very respectful to her as im to everyone so all and all no down fall at the food just the help is bad.

Every time i go on line pick- up. i never get my full order I requested plates ad utensils (didn't get) flour tortious (didn't get). Couple years ago i requested mix and got got thighs cut in half !!
