Every time i go on line pick- up. i never get my full order I requested plates ad utensils (didn't get) flour tortious (didn't get). Couple years ago i requested mix and got got thighs cut in half !!

I really enjoyed the food even though i had a long time that i went to pollo loco to eat. Eric took care of my order surved my food and cooked the food. The chicken was cooked perfectly and it was really juicy. Inwas really glad to know that Eric was back again. I will be going more often now.

My mom loves El Pollo Loco but she was turned off because of the dirty tables, they had crumbs but the food was good. The little bowl I got for $5 barley had any chicken so I was disappointed… won’t be getting that one
