I used to love this Pollo Loco. Sadly it looks like greed has gotten to this particular establishment. This is what their Creamy Cilantro Dressing looks like. They’re definitely skimping on the cilantro. Isn’t cilantro cheaper than buttermilk? Looks like they’re cutting the wrong corners

Food is great got a family meal and honestly that is a great thing to do because you're getting enough food to feed a lot of people I normally get leftovers for the next day if it's just one or two people you can make two or three meals out of it

Food was fresh and good but they forgot my flour tortillas that I ordered on Anaheim LB and I was told classic salad was $16.50 but the charge came through as $18.50. They lost me!
