The staff really stood out with their kindness and quick attention, which made the visit pleasant overall. Everyone was welcoming and made sure the table was taken care of right away. I did try the wings, and while they were not quite what I hoped for in terms of texture, I truly appreciate how attentive and professional the service was throughout the meal. With such a friendly team and a great atmosphere, I can see a lot of potential here and would gladly return to try other items on the menu. The service alone makes this place worth a strong recommendation.

I used to love this Pollo Loco. Sadly it looks like greed has gotten to this particular establishment. This is what their Creamy Cilantro Dressing looks like. They’re definitely skimping on the cilantro. Isn’t cilantro cheaper than buttermilk? Looks like they’re cutting the wrong corners
