I’m coming on Here to give props where it’s well deserved. You g man by the name Of Israel is an amazing worker, very attentive and his work is great with a great personality. He is quick on his feet and mind. This young man is an example to all young generation. I am sure his parents raised him well. I hardly dine in only drive thru but loved my experience because of the amazing customer Service.

Please take away the kiosks! It slowed everything down to a crawl. The staff still had to intervene after it took 10 minutes to make our order. Stop the madness!

This is the only El Pollo Loco that I will visit, BECAUSE THEY NEVER GIVE OFF ANTI-WHITE RACIST VIBES LIKE ALL OF THE OTHER LOCATIONS! The workers here are PROFESSIONAL, KIND, AND COURTEOUS. So, forget about the negative reviews...I come here for that reason alone. Knowing, that I can bring my family here and be well-respected and NOT treated like some punk Gringo. Thank you staff for giving customers love, in an a society filled with senselessness and total lack of customer service. THIS PLACE I GOVE AN EASY 4-STAR REVIEW.
