We were looking for great Birria tacos so. I looked online for the best Tacos in Long Beach. El Sauz restaurant on Anaheim came up and we ordered two plates containing 3 Birria tacos with the trimmings on the side. Took it home and the first thing I did was taste the meat……Delicious!!!! I ate from the inside. But that after dark side window hit different. I love this spot. Them scrimp quesa-dilla's with them grilled onions and pepper and chesse. I have driven from the Jay's to eat that little piece of heaven

I ordered the chicken quesadillas with rice and beans plate. This plate was delicious. The chicken was soft and tender.I also ordered tacos and they were oily and the meat had too much fat for me so I would not buy tacos for myself here. The service is excellent . The inside is very traditional and makes you feel like you are in Mexico. There is very limited parking.
