This place is fire 🔥! Freshly cooked asada, chorizo, pollo, but it's all about the crispy tripas and buche. All came on a big and warm homemade tortillas. Perfectly paired well with the strawberry fresco. Perfect Taco Tuesday.
I have visited this place for the last 20 yers and I have tried their pozole, tacos, menudo, juices, etc. The quality and taste of the food has always been top notch.
Also, the place is well kept & organized. The employees have worked there for a long time and they always serve you in a efficient, attentive, and efficient manner.
Another thing I like is that rain or shine they open their doors every day 6 in the morning.

Food was okay. I would recommend trying for yourself. I ordered the slopes. Noting fancy about them. They could use more flavor. I will return and try the caldo de res ( beef soup). It seam to be very popular there. Everyone was ordering it.
