Wonderful service and out of this world Gnocchi (so good that I forgot to take a photo)!Very very cozy. If you struggle to hear in loud ambient settings, plan for their patio.Parking: Parking is challenge in this area so give yourself plenty of time!

I arrived at 6:15 and was given a 45 min wait time on Friday, no problem. Came back at 7:15 and they said nobody had left yet. They said 30-45 more minutes, so we waited. I came back at 7:45 to check in. They said we are so sorry nobody is leaving, in another 30 min we will have a table. Come back at 8:15. Sorry we still have a party of 3 ahead of you. Meanwhile I had not seen this party in the 2.5 hours we were there. So they are apparently skipping people in the wait line and letting people sit at tables for 4 hours? How do you not have any tables open up in 3 hours? Absolutely terrible. I was so excited to try this restaurant, but 3 hour wait time after a 45 minute estimate. You guys ruined our night. If you don’t have tables just tell people you’re booked for the night instead of egging people on until 8:30 when we can no longer get into another restaurant. Terrible management.

Family brunch at Ellies was enjoyable. We sat outside and were able to have great conversation. Service was a little slow but wait was rewarded with great food. There r many options to choose. High praise for the breakfast lasagna and short ribs.

Have gone for brunch twice. Wish I could do partial stars. This spot is so close to being great, taste wise. The service is awesome. Shout out Winnie the Pooh fan server! First I had the breakfast pasta, it was interesting and different but not great. Lacks a punch of flavor. Next I tried the short rib hash. Again, so close to being awesome! The meat is pull apart tender and so juicy. But tastes like they didn’t salt it. The potatoes are fine, potatoes usually aren’t particularly great (unless you season then a lot). My gf and I both asked for hot sauce and used the entire tin provided. Poached egg was slightly over done. There is not even salt on the tables. Bottomless mimosas at like $25 is a good deal tho. Nice outdoor seating. Would love to come back and try dinner!

Food wasn't hot, and the meatballs seemed under cooked, were pretty pink on the inside. The portions were about right. My server was good and made solid recommendations. The atmosphere was nice except for one loud table which made everyone else in the room have to be louder. My Uber driver said that I should have gone to La Parolaccia. I'll give them a try next time I am in town.

This review is for Gingers.I don’t really have words for how bad our experience was here: possibly just got an off night, but is that really acceptable in a reservation only fixed “tasting menu” experience?Look, $75 for 7 full courses (not at all tasting size) is a killer deal. I want to make that point. And the vision behind the dishes and experience is great. There was a genuine sense of potential in the air, but at every turn Ginger’s fell on its face. The execution was atrocious on all levels.Host/server repeatedly interrupted the tables conversation to express his personal opinions on the topic. He poured the water from so high it splashed all over the table, between the cracks in the table and into my lap. Every single time and into every persons glass. When clearing plates he would pick up each persons cutlery from their plates and put it on the table. Which means his hands touched everyone’s cutlery in succession and could absolutely have spread bodily fluids between diners. We never got fresh silverware, sometimes we didn’t even get new plates between courses. Each dish had nice elements, but also there’s seemed to be extremely inconsistent execution in the kitchen- some people’s plates simply didn’t have certain ingredients like caviar on the oysters. In other courses come people had raw ingredients (carrots) while other plates had perfect carrots. The duck was inedible and the whole table refused to eat it. I brought this up to the host and he sorta got embarrassed and said he’d let the kitchen know. No apology, no offer to redo the course. Just a chuckle and nod- blaming the kitchen. Some courses had no salt, some were blisteringly salty. The mini split AC blasted freezing air directly into the table the whole night. Maybe good in July, but not pleasant in February. Also a massive wet streak of mold down the wall and wallpaper from said mini split- it has obviously been leaking for quite some time.At one point someone came in with a Bluetooth speaker, apologized profusely that there was no music, and proceeded to play extremely loud jazz. The best part of the night was the good humor and company of our fellow diners.Unfortunately we will not be back.

I really wanted to enjoy this place but it fell short. Was given dirty cups back to back. Food was good. Dessert had a piece of plastic in it. If I wasn’t careful I could have easily choked on it.

Great experience and the food was super flavorful and delicious. If it's warm enough, I'd suggest eating outside though - it was just very noisy and cramped inside. Otherwise, everything was fantastic! We'll definitely be back.Dietary restrictions: They were so accommodating of food allergies (severe peanut & tree nut allergy) and gave recommendations to ensure we had a delicious (but safe) meal!

New Years Day Brunch was plentiful and delicious. Short rib Hash is a must. The portion is INSANELY huge. Loved the potatoes and roux/sauce. Pro tip: order the French toast as an app for the table and pair the short rib hash with one of their beautifully crisp salads to balance the richness.
