I went to this location last night and purchased a delicious salad with Bbq Chicken. The salad was delicious!!! Hazel assisted me and answered my questions. She was very personable, helpful and kind. I will definitely go back!!!

Paid over $40 for a meal that doesn’t have any protein or fat at all. Just bell peppers, onions, potatoes, a packet of shredded cheese, a packet of sour cream. That’s it. Actual robbery.

Ripped me off. Food service WAS great but I couldnt afford it anymore.. After skipping multiple weeks a charge happened out of nowhere from them, meals I didn't even pick, The charge happened Tuesday without my permission and upon calling them 5 days before they ship, they told me there was nothing they could do. Nothing they could do? Charged me Tuesday for a delivery that ships on Sat, telling me they couldn't give a refund. THIS IS BS. You should be able to cancel, especially when they haven't even shipped yet. BUYER BEWARE, THEY WILL SNEAK ORDERS ONTO YOUR ACCOUNT YOU DONT ORDER AND CLAIM THAT YOU DID, WITH PREAPPROVAL, NICE SCAM.

Jan -Aug 2023 We tried every plate for a while and a lot of the meals were good. However towards the end the selections got boring and it was a little cumbersome to keep up with the ordering and then you would be given meals automatically that we just didn't like. And finally the straw that broke the camel's back when all the produce was either rotten or bruised and then also some of the soy sauce packets had exploded inside the delivery box.
Overall though we did enjoy the service for a while and it was convenient to have all the portions divvied up and ready to be made. It's probably worth a try especially if you get a coupon or if you get a discount. But don't forget to make sure that you stay on top of the ordering or you're going to end up with a lot of meals that you do not want.
There are also upgrades that you can order like different types of vegetables and you can switch out the proteins. I do recommend the service but like I said they need to definitely fix the bruising and almost rotten produce. That really only happened at the end.

Don’t waste time or money in this. I never even got my introductory delivery. Then you call customer service and they are offshore! Still waiting for my refund. This may be a scam.

Our third week there was a problem. We contacted them, NO RESPONSE, This is 3 weeks without a response. We will NOT be reordering.Meals/recipes were Great, but if they can't respond when there is a problem then they can't be trusted!

This food service company will send boxes you didn't order, even when you go through the app and skip certain weeks. I cancelled several weeks in advance, I did this within the time frame I was supposed to in order effectively cancel the orders, yet I still received two boxes of food and was charged for both boxes. I ended up cancelling my credit card so they could not just draw money from my account. They wouldn't work with me at all on the disputed orders and charges. Use another company besides this scamming group if you desire a home-delivery meal planning service! We also use, "Hello Fresh", who have never given us any issues at all.
