Went to famous Dave’s my boyfriend hyped it up, I’m assuming he hadn’t been there in years. When we first walked it the atmosphere was kinda homey southern. We requested the bar so we can watch a game, and we were told we can immediately sit for the bar. When at the bar there is no a/c, when I tell you I was so hot it was bad. I went to the ladies room and found out there was a code ( which is fine, I’m from Montana we don’t have that lol) once in the bathroom I was immediately sick to my stomach you can smell the stench from outside the door, there was piss and water all over the floor, most toilets had gross stuff in them, and it looks like it had not been clean for a weeks.
After bathroom we decided to go to dining area to eat since the bar was so hot. We had to wait 15 minutes for the dining area even though there was about 5-8 tables open. When we sat we already knew what we wanted. I order hot wings and mashed potatoes, my boyfriend order the two meat combo. I got my buffalo wings right away, they were okay the potatoes were bland. My boyfriend’s meal took way longer to come out, when we looked for our waitress to come out she was no where to be found for 10 minutes. We finally flagged her down, and she explained they only had two cooks ( that’s fine.)
When boyfriend got meal, he commented stating the food was bland and he was disappointed.
I chose to write this long review cause something definitely needs to be done about the service and the care of this restaurant.
Disappointed. Especially seeing how much we paid .

Update: left a previous review that wasnt too flattering. Since then I have come back on multiple occasions and received much much better service. I am definitely pleased on their upgrade in service. Dave is still awesome and I am happy with how the staff is treating their guests now. Food is great, drinks are great and the deals are fantastic. I appreciate it.

Service is slow seating u. Beef Brisket is like eating on leather. U don't get your money worth. Servers don't smile. U don't no they name. No manager no where. I willneverb come back. Good luck to any one want to eat there.

First time going today and was extremely hesitant. I chilled at the bar and this gay dude attended me. His name was George.
At first he seemed busy but then when he wasn't, he was attentive. Always checked on me and ontop of that another bar tender brought me food think her name was Jasmine.
Both were awesome 👌🏽 👏🏽 👍🏽 😍 made me feel like I was chilling at home eating a burger and chatting it up on a nice vibe
Definitely will be back when I am around the late neck of the jungle.

We went for their $5.99 double patty cheeseburger. It was the first time for both my friend and I. It was a Wednesday afternoon, and there were very few customers. I think there were only 2 employees on duty. Service was slow but friendly. The burger was just OK - not the best, nor the worst I've ever had.

Four people were in our group. It took 20+ minutes for the first two meals to come out. More than 10 minutes later the second two meals finally came out, but they were cold. The flavor was good but the burnt ends were chewy and fatty. Told the waitress, she apologized but the manager never stopped by our table. Sides were good but that’s not enough of a reason to go back. I do not recommend this restaurant.

I went there to take my husband for his birthday and it was empty and the service was very slow. It was an African American lady. Chicken was cold :( Also the Asian girl at the front desk was very rude to my husband when he asked if he can get his parking ticket validated she didn’t respond took the ticket and brought it back only to find out she didn’t validate it we had to pay exciting the parking structure.

Apparently it you are Black you have to leave a card with the waitress. I've been coming hereat the down town location and now all of a sudden you must leave a card with the waitress to order outside. Kelly is her name. Eat here at your own moral risk
Do it's July 2025 and made another visit to this restaurant bc the BBQ is on point. But again.. that eery racist feeling. Doing my best to make all of the consumers aware. If you're visiting from out if town, there are several other restaurants to visit. Smh

Decent food. Had lunch and order their sampler plate (not sure what it was called.) Came with Brisket on toast, 2 ribs and some pulled ported with mac and cheese and corn bread. Meat was pretty good. Mac and cheese was not edible, hard pasta and not much taste, corn bread really sweet. The floors were really sticky, left a feeling of dirt, bathrooms are keypad locked. My son ordered taco's and devoured them. Thumbs up.
