There were only 4 tables, and I waited for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff. Several servers walked by during my time sitting. This was one of the most unwelcoming establishments that I have ever visited.

Sunday afternoon they had reruns running on the TVs in the bar one small TV had football games on. I asked for my salad wings out first everything came out at one time. It was cold. The bartender was not very nice at all. We never got water we asked for other things that never came. Just absolutely horrible. I’ve been in famous days in Phoenix many times as wonderful. This place is a joke.

Best Que in Long Beach California rather you order online or eat in you will enjoy your food always very spacious cool atmosphere and friendly staff when I think about barbecue the only thing that comes to mind is Famous Dave's!
Went to famous Dave’s my boyfriend hyped it up, I’m assuming he hadn’t been there in years. When we first walked it the atmosphere was kinda homey southern. We requested the bar so we can watch a game, and we were told we can immediately sit for the bar. When at the bar there is no a/c, when I tell you I was so hot it was bad. I went to the ladies room and found out there was a code ( which is fine, I’m from Montana we don’t have that lol) once in the bathroom I was immediately sick to my stomach you can smell the stench from outside the door, there was piss and water all over the floor, most toilets had gross stuff in them, and it looks like it had not been clean for a weeks.
After bathroom we decided to go to dining area to eat since the bar was so hot. We had to wait 15 minutes for the dining area even though there was about 5-8 tables open. When we sat we already knew what we wanted. I order hot wings and mashed potatoes, my boyfriend order the two meat combo. I got my buffalo wings right away, they were okay the potatoes were bland. My boyfriend’s meal took way longer to come out, when we looked for our waitress to come out she was no where to be found for 10 minutes. We finally flagged her down, and she explained they only had two cooks ( that’s fine.)
When boyfriend got meal, he commented stating the food was bland and he was disappointed.
I chose to write this long review cause something definitely needs to be done about the service and the care of this restaurant.
Disappointed. Especially seeing how much we paid .

Update: left a previous review that wasnt too flattering. Since then I have come back on multiple occasions and received much much better service. I am definitely pleased on their upgrade in service. Dave is still awesome and I am happy with how the staff is treating their guests now. Food is great, drinks are great and the deals are fantastic. I appreciate it.

Service is slow seating u. Beef Brisket is like eating on leather. U don't get your money worth. Servers don't smile. U don't no they name. No manager no where. I willneverb come back. Good luck to any one want to eat there.

First time going today and was extremely hesitant. I chilled at the bar and this gay dude attended me. His name was George.
At first he seemed busy but then when he wasn't, he was attentive. Always checked on me and ontop of that another bar tender brought me food think her name was Jasmine.
Both were awesome 👌🏽 👏🏽 👍🏽 😍 made me feel like I was chilling at home eating a burger and chatting it up on a nice vibe
Definitely will be back when I am around the late neck of the jungle.
The brisket was good and well seasoned, but the rib tips were dry and tough.
