Fire Wings Long Beach

I ordered on line for the first time from here, wanted to try them out and what a disappointment. I placed a fairly large order and one of the items I ordered came with a surprise, there was a blue item which was elastic… could have been a piece of the glove the cook was wearing while preparing my order. I called the restaurant immediately and Terry the manager did apologize and said I will be refunded through door dash since I had it delivered since I did not want store credit as I will not be going back. Hope I do receive a confirmation as I was told I would. Fire Wings please tell you’re cooks to be careful

Went tonight with my husband he ordered a chicken sandwich we drove home to eat get home after a long day of working 14hours to a rubbery not even half way cooked chicken sandwich 🤢🤢 thats completely unexpectable. $20 FOR A RAW CHICKEN SANDWHICH.If it wasn't so late we would drive back WIll NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! What a shame!

They just changed the wings size now they are small don't come not worth the price for baby wings

But today, 11/24/2024
I went in to buy
1- 10pcs combo original buffalo, seasoned fries
1- 10pcs combo lemon pepper, seasoned fries

They got the first order correct, the second one the lady who attended me got it wrong. I went back in to let her know
I was very nice about it, usually I'm not lol
She says it's going to be 10 minutes.
So I waited. The young lady was approached by a customer who was distracting her. Mind you, the place was not busy. She seemed so into the conversation that when my order came out, she was giving him my order. Then she realized what she was doing.

I'm all for girls getting their game on, but make sure you can do your job at the same time.

Got home. The fries tasted old and were cold. The buffalo wings were also cold.

When this happens, can you guys offer to redo the order because it was a waste of $45 dollars.

Got the 10PC BONE-IN WING SPECIAL which is cheaper and is one wing flavor & one dip. Got lemon pepper with ranch. It was the same flavor as Wing Stop but less oily, so it was actually better than Wing Stop.

Also ordered the $5 pint of Cali Squeeze Blood Orange beer. It’s nice the beer is only $5.

Service was very friendly & music playing was just right.

Seems like they got everything figured out here.

I will say their $5 pint Cali Squeeze beer definitely hits the spot with their Nashville Fire (Super Hot Fire) Chicken Sandwich and their seasoned fries with Blue Cheese dip! You can get an upgrade with their combo for $3.00 for beer instead of a soda.

Ive eaten in here once, and ordered multiple times from them. Staff are friendly, helpful, and overall bring a great experience.
Lately I've been trying different flavors, and I've tried Chipotle, Saigon, Thai, Korean kick, Jamaican Jerk, and 2 more of which I forgot. They were ALL really good and made in good quality. Glad to have service with them. Hope to watch UFC with them if they have it available.

Better than wingstop for sure.

Not once all I want is their food.
