Went for their new years celebration and they let strangers into the restaurant which kind of ruined our experience, and we paid $400+ for a FIXED dinner for 2 people. The cost was definitely not worth it
We booked this for New Year's Eve. The service was excellent, and the employees were extremely professional, warm, and friendly — truly the highlight of the experience. The food, unfortunately, was hit or miss for us and didn't meet our expectations. While we've had much better dining experiences elsewhere, we still want to acknowledge how remarkable the staff were. The view of the fireworks for NYE was great and definitely added to the night. Overall, while the food wasn't for us, the service and atmosphere made the evening enjoyable.
Our experience at Fuego was amazing. From the time we booked the event, Keila was amazing. She followed up and checked in to make sure our reservation was made for our work celebration. When we arrived, our table was ready and the space where we were seated was beautiful! They had decorated a nook especially for us. I feel like they truly went above and beyond for our occasion so that was truly appreciated. The service was good and the food was all delicious. The drink menu could use a little expanding, but other than that, it was an overall great time and we all enjoy yes ourselves. Thank you!
Unfortunately, the quality of food and service has diminished significantly. We were there for Friday lunch, and it was a brunch menu consisting of very basic items. I ordered the eggs Benedict, it was flavorless and very difficult to enjoy. The potatoes that accompanied it felt like you the potatoes you would find at a bargain buffet. lastly, there was a 20% service charge automatically added to our bill, and there were only two of us eating. Not sure why that happened. Will definitely not be returning anytime soon.
3 people. 4 cocktails. Tacos( mediocre tacos) Ropa Vieja( which turned out to be two, small tacos for $40) . Tuna Nachos, good, but mostly chips. Guacamole and salsa, very good. Automatic 20% gratuity ( I tip that much anyway, but still). $300 for tacos. Mediocre tacos. Ambiance was great, first rate. Service was also excellent but not enough to make me NOT feel like I had been mugged.
The service was fine-the view and outside seating is great-but the drinks & food was way over priced
Saw this on open table and decided to give it a try. Arrived and we were promptly seated, after waiting about 10-15 minutes a waitress comes and asks if we've been helped, which we hadn't. She offered to get us drinks and find our server, a bit later a waiter comes and takes our order. We ordered salad, fries and chicken, Food arrived fries were missing. Just left it cus I didn't want to wait any longer. The food we did get was good, the drinks were also good. The lack over quality services makes me not want to return nor recommend this place to anyone.
I always enjoy coming here however this past time i visited the breakfast menu was very limited and wasnt many options for me to choose for since i dont eat beef or pork . I was expected more options like before . However this doesnt stop me from dining again . The servers are great customer service amazing . I personally will just go for lunch or dinner now
Great view, the food was good. The Mariachi was great. Just wished they had a bit more options on the menu.
Fuego has a beautiful setting, especially for Sunday brunch — the views alone make it worth a visit at least once. The food, however, was average at best, and the service left something to be desired. It was hard to flag down our server at times, though once we did order, the food came out fairly quickly. One thing to note: they automatically add a 20% gratuity to the bill, which felt a bit steep given the level of service. Also, WiFi access is restricted to hotel guests, which was a little inconvenient. Overall, it's a decent spot for the scenery and ambiance, but the experience didn't quite match the prices or expectations. I'd go back, but I'm not in any rush.

Service was fast. Food came out quick. Went on a Saturday at 6pm. Waitstaff and host were friendly. 20% gratuity included in bill. Margarita was good and my salmon plate was delicious. If you want to eat in front of the ocean this is the spot.
We haven't been here in a bit , normally it's a win every time. Last night was off, we were told no heaters for the night so we opted for inside seating even though we go here for the view of the water only to see heaters going up 10 minutes later. The items in the menu were not available and there wasn't a direct alternative for them. Services were ok but there is a 20% automatic gratuity no matter the party size so I would expect that some things be a little better. Here's to hoping things go back to normal.
Overall, Fuego is a great spot for a date—beautiful atmosphere, nice views, and impressive food presentation. The guacamole and salsa were fresh and tasty, and my husband really enjoyed his steak nachos. I wasn't too thrilled with the salmon I ordered, but I'd definitely go back and just try a different dish next time.
Everything initially started off very well then service became spotty & M.I.A but the food was good. Drinks were very overpriced. Definitely a place I wouldn't visit again considering how overly priced some things were & an automatic 20% gratuity even though service wasn't great isn't cool either.
The setting is lovely!, overlooking Long Beach Queensway Bay. Could become more casual chic with attention to details (decor, linens, settings, candles, area rugs, etc) but was merely comfortable. Service needs help, not for lack staff trying.... there's just not enough of them, which is a leadership issue. Our server, despite busyness, was fun & as attentive as possible. Also gave some great menu recommendations. Food pricing is fairly reasonable. Wine list, just ok and quite pricey. Dinner was delicious, portions generous.. we each had something different. Salmon, chicken, shrimp.. no complaints. 20% Tip is included in your tab.. take note. Dinner (no apps, salad, dessert) and a bottle of wine for 3 was $240. I'd return. Hopeful for some positive changes.
