Service was fast. Food came out quick. Went on a Saturday at 6pm. Waitstaff and host were friendly. 20% gratuity included in bill. Margarita was good and my salmon plate was delicious. If you want to eat in front of the ocean this is the spot.
We haven't been here in a bit , normally it's a win every time. Last night was off, we were told no heaters for the night so we opted for inside seating even though we go here for the view of the water only to see heaters going up 10 minutes later. The items in the menu were not available and there wasn't a direct alternative for them. Services were ok but there is a 20% automatic gratuity no matter the party size so I would expect that some things be a little better. Here's to hoping things go back to normal.
Overall, Fuego is a great spot for a date—beautiful atmosphere, nice views, and impressive food presentation. The guacamole and salsa were fresh and tasty, and my husband really enjoyed his steak nachos. I wasn't too thrilled with the salmon I ordered, but I'd definitely go back and just try a different dish next time.
Everything initially started off very well then service became spotty & M.I.A but the food was good. Drinks were very overpriced. Definitely a place I wouldn't visit again considering how overly priced some things were & an automatic 20% gratuity even though service wasn't great isn't cool either.
The setting is lovely!, overlooking Long Beach Queensway Bay. Could become more casual chic with attention to details (decor, linens, settings, candles, area rugs, etc) but was merely comfortable. Service needs help, not for lack staff trying.... there's just not enough of them, which is a leadership issue. Our server, despite busyness, was fun & as attentive as possible. Also gave some great menu recommendations. Food pricing is fairly reasonable. Wine list, just ok and quite pricey. Dinner was delicious, portions generous.. we each had something different. Salmon, chicken, shrimp.. no complaints. 20% Tip is included in your tab.. take note. Dinner (no apps, salad, dessert) and a bottle of wine for 3 was $240. I'd return. Hopeful for some positive changes.
Fuego offers an exceptional meal with incredible views. We always love our food; wow, what a chef. Service was perfect, too. It was pricey though.
Love it here! Beautiful place to eat, food was amazing. Service was so good! They even gave us a free dessert for our birthday!
Second time dining here. Skirt tacos with guacamole and basil cucumber martini, both on point. Love the serenity and view of outside dining area. View of Queen Mary and shoreline village across the bay.
Great views, Great service very accommodating, awesome band during brunch and excellent servers. Overall lovely brunch thank you.Remember twenty percent already added to bill so no tip needed. Food was fantastic thank you.
The hostess had us waiting for over 20 min despite reservations. She also was unaware that we requested outdoor seating (In reservation request)Therefore we ended up sitting in an area with severe heat exposure without full shade coverage in our party. Other parties did have umbrellas at their seating area. Service was delayed and two of our orders were sent to another table so they had to remake the food further delaying eating all at the same time. Comping was never offered to make up for this mistake. This is the 2nd time I have dined here. It was a drastic experience from my first. Not sure I would return again.

The food is delicious. But the vantage point of sitting on the patio overlooking the marina is exquisite.
Great location and ambiance. Cocktail was good. Service was excellent. Food was a complete disappointment so unfortunately we not return to eat. Too pricey for so-so tasting food
Typical hotel pricing. 3 of 4 people had tacos and 2 of 4 had a coke and iced tea. Added one appetizer. By the time you add tax and a “mandatory” 20% tip, it came to $150. The view is the only compelling reason to go. Food is average. Had a birthday group next to us that was loud and annoying. Hotel itself is dated and in need of work. Got our parking ticket validated but it was still $5. You need GPS to get there. Glad i wasn't drinking. May have got lost.
Very professional service and a lovely outdoor atmosphere. I was disappointed, that even with validation, I had to pay for disability parking
The ambiance, setting, decor was fantastic! It wasn't overly loud, you could hear your party without having to speak loudly. The wait staff is amazing, super kind and welcoming. Carmen specifically, she is an absolute gem. My only complaint is the food. You can't modify any of the orders, you can't even ask to modify the cocktails. At these prices, I believe that the restaurant should be accommodating of requests.
