Service was fast. Food came out quick. Went on a Saturday at 6pm. Waitstaff and host were friendly. 20% gratuity included in bill. Margarita was good and my salmon plate was delicious. If you want to eat in front of the ocean this is the spot.
Overall, Fuego is a great spot for a date—beautiful atmosphere, nice views, and impressive food presentation. The guacamole and salsa were fresh and tasty, and my husband really enjoyed his steak nachos. I wasn't too thrilled with the salmon I ordered, but I'd definitely go back and just try a different dish next time.
The setting is lovely!, overlooking Long Beach Queensway Bay. Could become more casual chic with attention to details (decor, linens, settings, candles, area rugs, etc) but was merely comfortable. Service needs help, not for lack staff trying.... there's just not enough of them, which is a leadership issue. Our server, despite busyness, was fun & as attentive as possible. Also gave some great menu recommendations. Food pricing is fairly reasonable. Wine list, just ok...
