This was my second time coming here and treating my mom out. I appreciate the service and the quality of the food. The rice to fish ratio is perfect. I'll continue to come here for these reasons. Had a wonderful waitress named Hana who helped us out tonight, priced she was still training, but she did a great job. Gave great recommendations and the favorite recommendation we enjoyed was the "Ex-girlfriend roll!" Delicious! Next time ya'll want a sushi spot to eat out at...come to this spot!

Great ambiance, great food, reasonable prices. New management? We stopped going to the restaurant because they played random loud music that spoiled the atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised this evening as that they have new staff and it is back to being a very nice Japanese restaurant that our Japanese relatives will enjoy going to.

Fusion Sushi has revamped the ambience and it works. The table placement and decor allow for a more private, intimate experience and are family friendly as well. My top picks are the unagi nigiri, Alaskan Roll, sushi blossom, baked salmon roll, and BSCR roll. The restaurant is in the Stater Brothers shopping center on Spring and I have never had a problem with parking.

My Husband And I First Time Trying This Place. Right When We Walked In, We Loved The Energy And How The Place Looked. Service Was Great And The Food Was Delicious. We Ordered A Dozen Oysters, Deja Vu Roll, Salmon Carpaccio, Beef Teriyaki, Chicken Teriyaki And Chicken Curry. We Will Be Eating Here Again And I Do Recommend This Place.

Such a cute sushi spot! Amazing food with awesome servers! My friends and I came around 7pm and was quickly seated! The spicy edamame was fresh but not as spicy as the picture looked. I've had better calamari but never with sweet and sour chili sauce so that was a new experience! I don't think I'd order that again, though. The Ex-Girlfriend roll is SO delicious! No rice with fresh and great quality fish. We ordered another roll because it was just that good! The baked salmon was also very yummy & filling. I'd definitely come here again!

I have been to probably 15+ sushi spots in Long Beach, OC, and LA to try to find one that is amazing and I have finally found one. Fusion sushi knocks it out of the park with the food, atmosphere and price! I have never tasted such good rolls ever. I will be recommending this place to all my friends, and I am hesitant to try anywhere else. Fusion sushi is amazing, and I will most definitely be back very soon!!!!!

My Bulgogi bowl was really tender and tasty, portion was big. Restaurant was quaint and cozy. Service was prompt but forgotten my tea.
