I don't recommend the Dubai Sans Rival cake. Overpriced and tasted like cardboard 🥲 plus the woman at the counter was rude and generally unpleasant.

So disappointing with their customer service. I have gone here for 10+ years always ordering for my work party/events. I always try to be mindful and call ahead of time to place larger orders. However, most times they do not answer to phone calls. I came in today to purchase 4 cakes for my work birthday party. I was dismissed, waited, as they were gossiping in front. When another customer came in after, he was greeted right away. I got my cakes and the owner, not sure, but she’s always in the front, pointed at the mango cake and laughed. She then made a nasty face, gossiping in her language, and removed the sticker with the date from only the mango cake. I was definitely uncomfortable, but mind you, I’m a social worker and don’t want to read too much into this. Everyone has their days. However, I’m feeling more disappointed than anything. I love to support small family business but it’s okay. I’ll take my service elsewhere. For me, accountability and integrity speaks more volumes than anything else.

I did not try much here. I did have a sweet pastry and lumpia and from what I can taste of the lumpia I will be back. I will buy more lumpia and I will buy more of whatever else they have delicious

Wow! Have been ordering the normal take out of lumpia Shanghai, empanadas, ensaimada and mamon for family gatherings, but today I ordered combo plate and the pork menudo was incredible! Eating the menudo brought back memories of eating menudo made by our house cook in Manila. Also got the ube banana cream pie for my wedding anniversary. Will be trying out Gemmae’s other main dishes!

i love this place and their desserts! the staff is usually friendly but sometimes i find that when you sit inside to eat they'll stare at you, hard. and sometimes you can't help it but jeez it was a little hard to shake off. that being said everything else is an 11/10!
My favorite place to get Filipino cravings filled! Their desserts, pastries, lunch and breakfast foods! All of the things. Come here and try everything especially the ube macapuno ensaymada, their cookies, and the ube banana créame pie!!! The best!!

This was my first time coming here and it was well worth the trip. I decided to try this place because they have Lumpia pictured on their website. Thus establishment did not disappoint. All the dishes and pastries we ordered were delicious and well worth the money spent. Try the Lumpia, chocolate cake, empanadas and Ensaymada. All these dishes SLAP!!! The staff are friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere reminds me of a well established local eatery. This place is a must visit.
