It's been a while since going to this location but I was so amazed. From the valet experience to our server, the food was excellent and came on time. The outside atmosphere was incredible and fun.

Was overwhelmed upon arrival by a photographer wanting to take pictures for profit. I couldn't even look at the menu or say hello to my dinner companions. It was just too much and annoying. Thus should stop.

Food was very good. Restroom was absolutely disgusting. Soap dispensers were broken, and it looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Utensils were very poor. We were given a small salad fork that was very cheap and not what I would expect for a restaurant like this.

Restaurant was not busy. Unfortunately the weight staff didn't check on us enough. Had one dish we had to send back. The calamari dish . I have been to Gladstone's before. It was busy, but the service and the food and the drinks were great.

Service was slow but server apologized. May have been understaffed. The Hawaiian Seared Tuna was MEH. Presentation was interesting but flavor not to my liking. California Roll was delicious and fish and chips adequate. Going to give this restaurant a rest for a while.

The coconut shrimp appetizer is delicious! The shrimp tacos also were yummy! Our server Christian made us amazing Mai Tais, a Gladstone specialty.

We were at the restaurant at a time that was not too busy. However, it took forever to receive our meal after we ordered. The waitress apologized a few times for the delay and did end up giving us a discount. We ordered items directly off the menu with no substitutions and for some reason, we were told they were still making it almost an hour after we ordered. Then we were told they were still making the sauce. If the delay wasn't enough on its own, the fish I received was not thoroughly cooked through and the green bean I tried had gone bad. I ended up not eating my meal. Then a few hours later, I had some significant digestive distress. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I have no idea the service was so slow. The staff was nice, but they had 3 people at the check in desk and 5 bus persons, but only 2 servers. Even after I received the tab and placed my credit card in the tab folder, it took another 10 or 15 mins for someone to come back and get it. I have no idea if the two servers were being over worked or they could be suffering from early dementia. I'm not saying that to be funny, but out of concern. It was really off today. We sat outside. If the weather wasn't so beautiful today, I'd probably be more upset lol.

Wasn't what I expected. Salmon was too dry. Fish tacos were ok but was sparse on the fish. My son wasn't a big fan of the corndog. Drinks were good. Also took about 5 minutes to get utensils after our food arrived.

Good food with lots of choices. Beautiful view on the patio. A real plus was the music on Saturday night by Tom Bellizia.

We've gone to Gladstone's for years- had some amazing family meals there, times with friends, date nights. We hadn't been in awhile, so we (my 11 year old, my husband, and myself) decided to go for lunch on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon. It was empty, which should have been our first clue that things had changed, but chalked it up to luck. Our server was polite but aloof- like he was really tired. We asked for a burger plain- just with cheese, and medium-well done. We also asked if there was any other cheese other than Swiss. "yeah- either American or cheddar... I forget which one". We said either of those would be great- not swiss if at all possible. I ordered fish and chips, and my husband ordered grilled fish tacos. When our food arrived, the burger was on the rarer side of medium-rare, and had swiss cheese on it. My fish was so greasy that there was a literal pool of oil on the plate when I was done. My husband's tacos were fine, but the chips were stale, and the salsa tasted EXACTLY like the La Victoria salsa you can buy in a jar at the grocery store. After our food was delivered, we never saw our server again- the manager came over later (over half an hour later) to check on us, and to give us our bill. We were disappointed- we don't live in the area, and so we don't get to go out for meals out there. I don't know if this is a recent change or not, but all 3 of us were left disappointed- especially after so many times of wonderful memories.

Service was excellent, food was fabulous. And we so enjoyed being outdoors on the patio on the beautiful summer night, listening to amazing Tom Bellizia and his music. We'll definitely be back!

Two families enjoyed eating at Gladstones on July 4th. We had a great patio seat and good service and food. We are happy with our experience and will be back. Thanks

Appetizers were great, but service was very slow. Food was dry and unseasoned, fries were cold, random picture guy was walking around restaurant trying to sell photos.
