There is no indication that this is not a restaurant so after walking here to not be able to find the location and then called the number and there no answer a voicemail with no way to contact anyone it’s good thing I didn’t order online

I believe this place is closed down permanently. I ordered from here through ChowNow. I drove over to pick up the food but couldn't find the entrance. I gave them a call and got the voicemail asking me to leave a message if I was there to pick up an order. I waited but never got a call back. I called ChowNow and they reached out. They also received no responses from the restaurant or the owners. I ended up getting refunded. Disappointed because it's the closest vegan spot to me.

I ordered to pick up, but this isn’t even possible despite it being an option on the delivery site. They took my money and let me order but never made the order or answered when I asked where to pick it up. Don’t buy from here. Would give 0 stars if I had the option

So disappointed. Drove all the way here and parked in the "retail parking" which made me put a credit card which would have been fine assuming I could get it validated. Walked all around the building trying to find this place only to then go back to the Google maps comments to realize that it's delivery only. Then got charged $5 for only being parked 10 mins

Perhaps unfairly giving this a low rating as I've not been able to try the food - spent 30 mins trying to find the place in a some yuppie condo development then called only to find out it's a ghost kitchen - you can't sit in and eat or pick up food from the location shown on Happy Cow.

First off, this is a pick-up or delivery only spot. Maps says dine-in but I found out that wasn't an option when I got there. The owner was very understanding of the confusion and offered a free order of fries. I had the cheese steak gripper and it was very good. The seasoning and portion was perfect. What really would have pushed the whole thing would be fresh cut fries. Cut steak fry style, soak in water overnight, drain, fry, and season.

SUCH delicious food! The fried chicken sandwich was fried to perfection, crispy without being too greasy, even the bun was delicious! Would definitely go back when in the Long Beach area. Super delicious.
