Love love love Grounds. Used to come here every week when I lived in LB. Recently visited after a couple years and it’s just as delicious as I remember it. I got the LOX on an everything bagel stick. I’ve had such about anything and everything on their menu from coffee to bagels to cupcakes and everything is delicious. Such a lovely family owned coffee shop. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.

I keep coming back.

great bagels but the side of cream cheese is a scam, tiny side that doesn’t even cover the entire bagel.

Hands down, best bagels I've ever had in my life. Crispy, fluffy, soft, and chewy all at the same time. Customer service is super friendly and cashier is super patient and helpful. I order pick up from here at least twice a week.

A real coffee shop experience. Opens early and closes early.

I've had consistently good experiences at Grounds! Today we ordered over the phone and the employee taking our order was very nice and made some bagel suggestions as they were out of my favorite cheese garlic. The food was delicious as always! Favorites: cheese veggie sandwich, #1 breakfast sandwich, and #9 breakfast sandwich.

There was a disorganized group interview for Moonbridge Donut Studio that was scheduled to be at this location on 9/27/24 through 9/29/24 from around 1pm-2pm. It was later made evident no one was welcomed. Apparently, there was no agreement upon both locations to have the interview there. It's very understandable there may have been tension given that both locations are somewhat competitors, but those who showed up for the interview were just as clueless and did not need to be treated in such a horrible manner. Once the owners—workers—whoever the middle aged, tall, brown haired man and female cashier were—found out about the interview, they brought out the worst customer service attitude ever. They became aggressive. Again, it's understandable; it was disorganized. But it did not have to be handled as it was. If this is any indication of how potential customers are treated, it's not worth stepping foot in here in general.

Edit 9/27/24: As mentioned in the review above; it was understood the the original business was disorganized and in the wrong, but still does not excuse the poor attitude of the staff to the clueless interviewees. It is clear from the reply below received by the establishment that the attitude here is disgusting.

Edit 9/28/24: It seems the establishment has edited their response to my first review. Once again, as stated; it is understandable there may have been tension because nothing was previously agreed upon between both locations. And again, it was the attitude given to the unaware "25+" people. The situation could have been handled completely different. It could have been calmly explained and everyone could have been peacefully asked to exit the café rather than begin confrontation. It's certain almost everyone—whom could have been potential patrons—will never be stepping foot in here again and will be informing family and friends to do the same.

If I could rate zero stars I would. My issue is not with the quality of the food but with their customer service. There was clearly a miscommunication between myself and the girl that took my phone order but instead of handling it calmly and attentively, she decided to rant loudly behind the counter and exajarate a conversation that that did not happen. It's unprofessional, it's rude and clearly not a way to run a business. Won't be returning to this stablishment.

Great place for a few hours of remote work! Coffee and food is great! I wish they allowed credit card tips as I never have cash on me. That said, I'm happy to drop a $5 into the bucket every once in a while when I remember to bring cash.
