I ordered a chicken soup on a cold rainy Sunday night thinking that a 5 star restaurant would be really good, unfortunately I was WRONG. I opened the soup and I was wondering why I didn't see any chunks of vegetables or chicken. I realized they were missing from the soup I was disappointed by that time they had closed so I had to wait til Tuesday only to have CHARLIE answer the food and says well sir if you can bring me the soup so I can see it, keep in mind I got it on Sunday night it's Tuesday afternoon, so after going back and forth for 10 minutes he puts a lady supposedly THE OWNER and there both on the call playing phone tag. Moral of the story is I will never spend a penny there again. Btw there tortillas are NOT HOMEMADE THERE STORE BOUGHT. They tasted like cold cardboard.

We arrived for an early dinner and we're greeted immediately and invited to sit wherever, given the early dinner hour. Food was all cooked to order, and delicious (no pics because we devoured it all, sorry.) Drinks were excellent. Staff was amazing. Kid friendly. Family vibes run by a family. Highly recommend you visit with these lovely people. (You may need stretch pants. I was full, but wanted more.)

Ordered four taquitos (PICTURE) and Pozole.. which comes with 80% broth 3% meat and 5% Pozole. I was very disappointed when I opened my food at home!
Loved the food, great service. A hidden gem.
Visiting from Arizona where I have great Mexican food at our favorite places. Hacienda Ruan has great Mexican food too!!! Had beef taco, cheese enchilada, rice and beans. All of these were excellent and authentic, made in the style I really like.
Olga was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely return.
Chef’s kiss

Delicious food and great drinks! The service is great and very friendly owner: had the best green pozole ever!
Music was great. Food was authentic, not white washed. Olga is a very gracious hostess/server. The Micheladas were served in a tall pint glass with a chamoy/tajin seasoned rim. The mocajette was chef's kiss!! I am a customer for life.
We love Hacienda Ruan! They have the best vegetarian nachos I’ve had. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s really good food and great staff. The food is consistent and they have a ton of options, including vegetarian options! The vegetarian burrito with green sauce is also really good.
If you're looking for a delightful dining experience, look no further than this amazing Mexican restaurant! The taquitos are absolutely yummy—crispy on the outside and filled with a mouthwatering blend of flavors that will make your taste buds dance. Each bite is a perfect balance of tender meat, fresh ingredients, and just the right amount of seasoning. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is top-notch. Whether you're a fan of Mexican cuisine or just looking to try something new, this place is a must-visit. Trust me, you won't leave disappointed!
It’s been many years since I’ve been to Hacienda Ruan and remember how amazing the food was. So, now that I live within walking distance, I thought I’d try it again and was pleasantly surprised that the food was as excellent as I remembered! It was lunch time and we were the only customers, so we got the best service. This place should be busier. It is a hidden gem. I hope this review encourages more people to make this their go to spot for authentic Mexican cuisine!
