The one downside: they don’t announce last call. The bar apparently stops taking orders at 10:45pm, but there’s no announcement to the room. When they say “last call,” it actually means they are already done taking orders immediately.
We asked a barback and he confirmed they don’t announce it, which means if you’re not already at the bar you’re basically out of luck. A quick announcement and even a few minutes for people to line up would go a long way. It’s a small operational change that would make the experience feel a lot more guest-friendly. Unfortunately it put a bit of a damper on an otherwise great night.

Weather permitting this place is spectacular with breathtaking views north towards Los Angeles and South towards Catalina Island. It usually opens at 5:00 p.m. Bring a jacket for the evening.

Very cool bar with gorgeous views. Great spot to host an event. There’s a bar outside as well as one inside. Loved the outside area—it’s large enough for a good sized group and so lovely being up so high with didn’t views from each side. Definitely check this place out. Valet parking at the Fairmont Hotel as well as metered street parking and if you don’t mind walking a few blocks, you might find a free parking spot.

A rooftop bar at the Fairmont Breakers Hotel, and wow, what a vibe! Our server Jessica over at the Sky Room tipped us off to come up here, and I’m so glad she did. The space is gorgeous, elegant decor with that modern luxe feel, plus those panoramic views that stretch across the city and beyond.
They got both indoor and outdoor seating, and I loved hanging out on the patio where the DJ sets up. Nothing beats sipping a cocktail under the open sky with the Long Beach skyline as your backdrop. Drinks were solid, bartenders super friendly, and the energy was just right, upscale but still laid back.
Pro tip: head up around golden hour for the best views and photos. If you’re visiting before sunset, don’t forget shades or sunscreen, there’s not much shade out there!
Definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re in Long Beach!

Halo, i'll give you the good and the bad. Remember, 1-5 stars... 5 is exceptional so I am not giving away a 5 on many things. 3 being avg.
Pros: Good views and decent music.
Cons: Over priced drinks... they use the jig and don't fill to the top so you pay for one shot at about 24 dollars. Drinks are very avg in taste.... one of my drinks was wrong, I let them know and didn't think to replace it with the right drink. Service, if you are outside there is a line to get drinks. Seating is ok but I wish the view was not as obstructed by the walls as you sit. If its a sunny day you will be in the heat so. take sunglasses, sunblock and a hat. Long line for the elevator. Crowd was a lil questionable for the great look of the hotel.
Bottom line: I would only go back if i had to. Fix the tiles on the rooftop and get some shade please.
