cool place, not too big, fun for small concerts, entry for tribute band was reasonably priced. Food& drink : way overpriced! $40-50 per person for 3 people and for 3 appetizers and 2 beverages- no main dish. Service: Waitress was nice but only came by once in 3 hours! never got refills or plates cleared til the end of the show. very understaffed during performances..2 wait staff for probably 100 customers- that makes for bad service. The sound system wasn't designed for concerts I guess or the engineer wasn't good- vocals had alot of echo/ poor quality and couldn't hear guitar much. Was it worth $75/ person for a 1.5 hr show and appetizers? no, I probably wouldn't go again

Celebrated a birthday here and had a wonderful time. GET THE APPETIZER PLATTER. No idea who is cooking back there but oof that was perfection. 4 of us ate the whole thing and bc it had a ton of options no one was fighting.
The ladies were stunning and hilarious, really sent some love to our birthday gurl and she wants to go back. I suggest bringing cash before hand but they have an atm. I found out it is customary to tip the performers during the show. I was shy at first and gave my cash to a friend to give but after the first queen it was such a vibe that I was all in. If you are sober you can tell your server ahead of time, but the drinks are really cute/funny too.

Chris is the nicest person! Everyone was amazing. The Queens were everything and I can’t wait to come back.

Post correct hours to your business! We are LGBT tourists in town and your Google hours state you’re open until 2 am. It’s 11:15 PM. We walked over to your establishment to be met with a closed sign. Hoped to see your establishment!

Terrible!
I cannot fully express my disappointment in this place. Since they are all individual franchises, I am not reviewing the chain, only THIS location. Sucks!
We called ahead for info about a group. They informed us, with no further explanation to reserve online. We did just that for Sunday dinner at 7.
When we got there, 5 minutes ahead of our time we were told 'we're not letting people in yet' for their special event. We heard this over and over for each new arrival with NO ETA of that changing.
After an hour, waiting in the cold, and when we were just about to leave... Suddenly they opened the doors.
Once we sat down and tracked down someone to come take our order... We were starving, freezing, and over it... Our veggie burgers came out as HAMBURGERS. Then we had to wait for THAT to be corrected.
The show, a contest for new performers, was still entertaining, although not disclosed anywhere as a change.
When we'd finally had enough, we also had to find our server ourselves... Again... To close out.
The entire experience was not worth the wait or the price. I'll try another option in another city but NEVER this one again.
If you are going to make changes... MAKE THEM KNOWN. If you are not allowing people in, give them an idea of what and WHEN. COMMUNICATE.
For us... The only 'success' was the performers, but even that was amateur, and there was no warning... No communication. Everything felt like an inconvenience for them.
Guess what... It was for our group too, and we won't return or recommend to others either.
We've owned a restaurant. This was a fail on EVERY level.
HATED THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE SO BAD WE WILL NEVER VISIT ANOTHER LOCATION.
Great job Long Beach.

Visiting from Virginia. Saw a friendly establishment in a google search. Hours said open on Tuesday (10/14) until 2 am. Paid $37 for an Uber. Arrived to a dark and gated restaurant at 8 pm. Very disappointed…

First time and first one here. Drink and food order came 2 hours later. Ruined the whole experience.

We paid $30+ online ahead of the visit to book the Sunday night drag show. When we got to the venue, they asked us to pay an $8 cover fee for the show. I showed the bouncer our online tickets, and he let us in. He also let everyone else in for just the $8 cover fee, so there was no point in us buying tickets for the show at all. We were seated and the waitress took our drink order. We only order water and a soda and her attitude visibly changed as soon as she realized we weren't going to order alcohol. She talked to all of the other tables and seemed very nice and personable to every other table other than us. She took our food order and she didn't visit us again for 45 minutes later, when she came back and asked if there was anything else she could get for us. We still hadn't gotten our food order, so I asked if it was almost ready? People around us had already finished eating their food. She brushed me off and said, yeah it'll be right out. Another 25 minutes goes by and our food comes out, but it was slightly wrong. She blamed it on the ticket not going through to the kitchen, which was true but I think it's bc she just forgot to submit it. To give her the benefit of the doubt, she was the only waitress that was serving the whole venue, which was about 7 or 8 tables, and she was bringing food and drink orders. But I didn't appreciate how her attitude shifted when we didn't order alcohol, how she lied to our faces about forgetting the food order, and how she didn't even check on us once we had the food. The food was fine, but mediocre. I'm not one to complain about food, but for $30 for a burger and fries, I would have expected the burger to come out with the right toppings (it didn't) and the fries to be hot and fresh (they were burnt and rock solid). The food finally came out by the end of the drag show. The show was lackluster. The light and sound effects seemed to operate off of a Windows 7 desktop, and the decor was dingey. The queens were constantly grabbing for money. I've been to plenty of drag shows and know that queens will often incorporate collecting tips into their performance and it's a big component of the show experience and a fun way to interact with the audience. I tip at each show and it's fun to interact in the moment. I tipped some of the queens here and they just kept visiting every table for more and more cash. It only lasted an hour. It was a serious money grab and just seemed tacky. Overall, would not recommend due to a waste of money between the online fee/cover charge, low quality food, and poor show. Also the AC was blasting (normally not a bad thing for SoCal) but it was uncomfortabley cold the entire time. I've heard good things about their WeHo location. Don't waste your time and money on the Long Beach location. The bounced and waitress just seemed scammy. We walked 30 mins each way and we were looking forward to the experience but I would never go again!

Finally got to came and enjoy dinner and a show. I had a great time and enjoy every minute of it. I ordered Kobe Burger with tater tots with a classic margarita. Very good and worth every bite! Make sure to break change to tip your performers. Will come back again ❤️

tried to call and get a refund for tickets i paid 90 dollars for because i can't make the show time, an extremely rude security guard picked up the phone and refused to take down my information to help me get in touch with someone else and proceeded to hang up on me when i asked for his name. absolutely repulsive behavior.
