Stopped by for lunch on my way back home from the office. It's usually packed but was relatively empty since it was raining the last two days or soo. The BBQ Brisket Fries with the Truffle sauce is Delicious!? Juicy pork slathered on top of crispy waffle fries glazed in truffle sauce. I'm glad I got a picture because it didn't stand an chance.The steelcraft plaza in general has definitely a hipster vibe with slightly higher priced food then most dine in restaurant's. But these Brisket fries are top notch Phat boi food approved ☑Parking: There is additional parking available diagonally across the main street with a sign if it gets too packed.
They make a darn fine burger! I've been eating burgers since I was 5 so it pretty much makes me an expert now that I'm in my 40s. :0)

Ordered from their food truck at the anaheim convention center. Everything was ice cold. Fries and cheese sauce were ice cold. Tasted good, but the coldness ruined the meal. Burger was also cold. Nothing special. Bun was dry and flaky. Employee on the truck was helpful polite and friendly.

25+ minutes for a simple cheeseburger. Then they nickel and dime for sauces (with a dumb little sign justifying it). And they have a 10% discount for paying with cash (therefore charging more for a card), but then also a 50¢ charge for using a card on top.It’s like they don’t know how to run a proper business or price their product accordingly.Taste: first bite reminded me of a school cafeteria cheeseburger from elementary school in the 80s. Fries were like Checkers/Rallys…ok, but just frozen fries.

I had a chance to try the Hangry Belly food truck at DesignerCon at the Anaheim Convention Center - pretty good! I had the Chez Burger and waffle-cut fries. Service was pretty fast and friendly - I only waited about 5min for my order. The burger was great - fresh produce and the taste was really good. The texture on the potato bun was also really nice to bite into. The waffle-cut fries could have been better. They weren't crispy at all, and the cuts were very uneven in terms of thickness, which made some seem soggy. It also affected the flavor - some were well-salted and others were bland.

I love the area - it's pretty unique and the ambiance is super cool. There was live music and plenty of TVs around. The area is made of cargo containers and there are a bunch of different stands within the community and Hangry Belly satisfies those who want to indulge and not care about their health/calories. I just got an order of the pig'n fries and it was so filling. I loved the roasted garlic bacon but I thought it had a tad too much ranch dressing for me which made the fries soggy after a while. I didn't get a chance to try any of the burgers but I might come back to check them out.

Burger was dry, brisket fries were amazing was a 7 out of 10 but needs more sauce. Service was great. But for the most part I could have waited in line at in n out for a much juicier burger. Nothing special about their over priced burger.
